Homewood Suites Port Saint Lucie-Tradition

We loved our experience in this hotel. Every single person that works in this hotel that we interacted with was wonderful. The area is great and pretty much has everything you need in the vicinity. Hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast in this hotel is awesome.

This particular stay some perimeter doors around the hotel to gain entry to the hotel by where you parked were out of order. They had one the was disconnected by the back of the hotel so you can gain entry to hotel with out hotel key just didn’t feel safe. Over the weekend one of the two elevators went down and out of order so a lot of extra walking to get back and forth to your room. They did have the elevator back up and running by Monday early afternoon. Pillows were not comfortable they go very flat once you lay on them. The blanket that’s provided to use on the pull out couch felt like rubber. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the main king size bed was just ok.

This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We had family from the North and we went up to visit tem. Excellent service at the counter, everything was explained and all questions resolved. The room was big, two king beds, big restroom with accessible shower and there was a small living room, with TV and the kitchen was very spacious. The complementary breakfast was delicious: eggs, omelettes, bagels, bread slices, cereals, orange and cranberry juices. There was also fruit, coffee and teas. Recommended! Central location and you have plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket. Please give yourself a nice treat and go there , you'll like it very much.

Always stay here when I'm in the area on business with my family. Great location. Wawa is across the street and there is Pop Stroke practically on the same property where you can relax, have beers, play golf, corn hole, ping pong, eat ice cream , food. This hotel feels like a second home with its small kitchen that includes a full size refrigerator. The staff is the BEST! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Christine at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart 💖. She gave us beach chairs for the day. Decent breakfast is included. Nice quiet pool area with tables and lounge chairs. Always feels safe here. The guests are mostly business people or families passing through. There is a very nice park within walking distance, shopping nearby, and many places to eat. They also have some dog friendly rooms. Clean gym near the pool.

They use to have beer/wine and food in the evenings Monday through Thursday but no more bc of covid. Please bring it back...no different than people gathering for breakfast. Another waffle maker is needed during breakfast. Water in the lobby should be available for guests such as a water cooler. The umbrella pins are missing from most in the pool area so guests have to use sticks from the lawn to rig it.

Room was spacious location was good came with a mini kitchen was a blessing

Beds were rough could of used more towels so I don’t have to ask everyday had party of 5 only got three towels

The location was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. the room itself was spacious.

The bathroom was poorly designed and the roll in shower left water all throughout the bathroom floor with no fan or ventilation. since we don’t get fresh towel service or housekeeping daily, the room was damp and we never had enough towels.

Quiet room to room and hallway experiences. Tranquil environment.

The room had TV and different media connection options (e.g. hdmi, vga, and other connectors). There was hot hot water and great shower pressure for a soothing shower experience. The front desk staff and house keeping teams were friendly and accommodating. For example, I left my daughter's communication device in the hotel room under the pillow and I was called immediately so that I could travel back to retrieve it before my 4 hour trip. So very thankful.

Nice variety of items presented and breakfast bar was very clean.

Requested a complimentary toothbrush at the front desk since I forgot mine at home. Was advised that I would have to purchase one - absolutely ridiculous. Considering the cost of a night's stay this should definitely be an amenity offered to guests on an as needed basis. Such a small item and very disappointing 😞

the over night guy at front desk kept telling me he was doing a report for hours and could let me change my trip to add another night he also he told The first time that I called to call back in an hour I stayed up to call back in an hour and then he tried to say a couple of hours he also told us that the phones in the room do not work they don't have cords

Location was easy to find, I don't remember what breakfast was like. The room was excellent. It was an accessible room. The room was enormous, bathroom huge and perfect for accessible needs, ceiling fan, kitchenette, clean, and welcoming. With this experience, I would definitely choose Homewood again if it is an option.

I don't know of anything I didn't like or was disappointed with at this location.

The breakfast was ok. I went to the store and cooked in the room. Location was very convenient and it was nice to grab a coffee in the early morning. I did have the cereal and it was a nice change. The staff was great

I would say a variety in choices in the breakfast maybe a pancake or French toast, the waffles were good but a variety could be a nice change. And a skillet in the room for cooking eggs. But everything was really great
