TownePlace Suites Port St. Lucie I-95

The location is excellent with the variety of stores and shops around. The rooms are nice and accomodating. The rooms being kept in great condition with appliances and fixtures.

The Internet connections drop and you lost connection for awhile. The television lost connection for a long period of time each day. Breakfast could of had more items available for choice, very minimal.

Breakfast was good. Would like a little more variations .

I think the pool area needs attention . It wasn’t cleaned the entire weekend we were there . The floor was dirty h and the same dirt from the days before . The bathroom by the pool was unkept and there was no soap to was hands . Overall everything else was excellent rooms were clean staff was great 👍🏽

It was a clean room with ample space. The shower had great pressure and I did enjoy the ample amount of toiletries inside the room. The little kitchenette and fridge was fantastic and contained everything you could need to store and cook food.

My only complaint was the smelled like someone was smoking inside the room. It wasn't super strong but enough that you could smell it walking in. We did not spend much time in the room but the AC did take a while to kick in and it did take over an hour to get it cooled to be comfortable.

I liked the fact that everything was very clean and open and bright.The lobby is beautiful.

The set up of the room with the bed right next to the bathroom door was not the best. If someone got up to use the bathroom it would make the whole room light up when the BR door was opened. Also, not impressed with the breakfast. Every choice it seemed was so sweet and packaged.

I was unsatisfied. I expected a more complete and higher quality breakfast when you look at the rest of the hotel prestige. And the service could be much better as well both in the breakfast area and at front desk. Staff should be present and accommodating . That was lacking.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the early morning staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and well informed about the hotels rules and regulations we brought Our pet beagle and we all had a great time the room was clean staff was very professional I had seen this particular facility being built while staying with my son two years ago what a phenomenal job thank you for being at the right place at the right time with all the right people. Beautifully decorated, clean and warm and friendly staff

Pets allowed. Had to change rooms after I first arrived due to a barking dog. I asked to change rooms and not to be put next to a dog. When I got to my new room, there was a barking dog. Good thing is after I asked my neighbor to please calm their dog. She said they were leaving so I was able to get a good nights sleep but that wasn’t until after 10 pm.

The staff all had smiles and hellos for everyone. We really like Louise at the morning breakfast. Polite and friendly.

One part of our room: small piece of baseboard fell off. I thought the hotel was fairly new.

Location was great. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I visited on the 4th and was able to see the fireworks from my room. It was really nice. Will definitely come back again.

The elevators did not smell good. They smelled like urine.
