Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport

It was never communicated to me that a request had to be made for room service. On my third day of not having room service I asked about having room service and was informed that because of Covid-19 it had to be requested.

I like how spacious the rooms are, the location because it's walking distance to stores/ restaurants and the free breakfast here is great.

I didn't like how limited the parking area was, I have a handicap daughter and had to park way in the back next to the semis in the dark.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Also, near the hotel is a bus stop. The room was comfortable. There was a regular house fridge, an a small stove with two (2) burners. The hotel room has two (2) tvs, and in the living room is a sofa bed. The bed room and the living room are separated with a door, adding privacy to the guests staying in the hotel room. The breakfast was pretty good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, oranges, bananas, danish cakes, coffee, juice, etc. The swimming pool in the hotel is small. The staff of the hotel were very attentive and helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle to the Hollywood airport. If I travel again to the Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale area, I would like to stay again in this hotel.

Oh my, breakfast was 10star. Fine dining. Oh I was blown away. Entrance was breathe taking, room was of the chain, wooooooww I can't wait to return where ever your brand is located. I love gardening/flowers and I got yll idea of the landscaping. Omelet was Aresome so was the Waitress.

the only thing I would say was it was a double bed and not a lot of room for 2 people but may have been all that’s available those days

The hotel is close to the airport which was why I chose it. I upgraded to a bigger room as the one I originally chose was on the smaller side. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you would need. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The packaged breakfast was a little disappointing. Due to the pandemic I know it’s restrictive but it was mostly muffins and pastries and an apple so it would have been nice to see some other options.

Beds were amazing and pillows and sofa bed also comfy .Huge space and like the decor and layout and great blinds staff nice and helpful and coffee was great in the loby 247 ! Pool was small but nice and clean . Price was great for the space . We will be back!!

How close it was to the place nextdoor and the hallways and elevators and parking lot were kinda dirty and my floor and room smelled the day i got their like curry.

A plus was the front desk staff. Romaine was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel very welcome and appeared to appreciate our business. As a result, we we have booked again with this particular establishment in December of this year.

Shuttle from airport was not running...company website did not disclose this. Front desk employee kindly upgraded our room (thank you Oliver!) and refunded one of our 2 cab rides

Arrived on our floor and there was 2 huge bags of food garbage next to the elevator (were not yet removed prior to check out the next day) hallway also contained large bags of dirty towels and bedding next to rooms. Opened the hall closet in the room and there was dirty men's underwear in it although room had the "cleaned and sanitized" seal on it..apparently no one checked the closet. 🙄

I always appreciate the property,as we have stayed there many times over the past 20 plus years.
