Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport, an IHG Hotel

The Room was very comfortable. Pool was good. The Breakfast was not Buffet. Instead it was on order. However, the breakfast was good and open to order anything from the menu. It just that it was taking bit long for delivering the breakfast due to shortage of waiter resources. The staff was very corporative. It was a comfortable stay.

The time for breakfast especially on weekend.

Did not get a chance to try the breakfast however the location was really good I had was to share my experience with family and friends

The WiFi was my not working properly in my room this was my second visit however the room I was in on the first visit was much better. I had no idea their was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport however, the morning upon checking out the driver and one of the on coming front desk clerk informed me about the hotel shuttle which I was happy about. Thank you guys ☺️

Did not like the breakfast it was the same menu every day, which is not bad and also it was not notify to me that when you pay for breakfast is only for 2 people regarding of how many people are in the room and whe I asked why i only have the tickets for 2 the guy sorry i did not get his name he really had an attitude and did not wanted to explain anything, so the next day we went to eat lunch someplace else. Since I still have to pay why bother eating the same thing

I loved the room. Elevator, hallways, pool very clean and smelling good... beds are comfortable pillows too!! I love the bathroom very different and clean. Upto date style. I didn't have a microwave. Yes refrigerator. Maybe you can request one I didn't... Staffs are very nice, helpful and professional. The pool area very nice and clean. I dined out personal decision nothing against the Hotel. Location is great. Highway is right there as soon as you come out the parking lot. McDonald's and Denny's across the Hotel walking distance and gas station as well... Sheridan Beach is like 5 to 10 min away... Worth the money.

All the staff was very nice and very helpful. I had to make some time changes, and the front staff was amazing. The waitress was great and knew the area and helped with finding us things to do. Also the hotel transportation was very quick and easy to get to the airport.

The property was very beautiful and clean!! The lobby was lovely. The rooms were very spacious. Also, the property was close to everything from restaurants & shopping areas. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like how close my room was to the elevator only because I can hear loud guests in the middle of the night.

The only way that it would have been a better would have been if the shuttle service had started sooner. Our flight had a 5:30 AM board time and we had to take a taxi back to the airport. The staff did arrange to have a taxi there at 4:30 so that we were able to get to the airport in plenty of time.

Quiet hotel. Aside from what sounded like a party going on a few doors down we heard nothing while we were there. Great value. Both of the people at the front desk were very friendly

We got a room with 2 queen beds and one of the beds seemed to come off of the brackets or something on our first night so when my 4 year old ran to claim a bed it tilted slightly. I mentioned it at check out and she was apologetic and said she would let maintenance know. Overall it was ok but a strange thing to break. I also didn’t care for the fabric shower curtain with no liner. Also on the first night first person took a shower and almost flooded the bathroom from not bringing the curtain in. 2nd shower curtain was brought in but getting out the curtain was soaked of course so the floor we had just dried up was wet again from the curtain dripping.

Very clean… Comfortable beds… Friendly staff

The restaurant closed way too early… And we went to order additional food and were told that the chef left before 10 PM

Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating as was the airport shuttle bus driver. Nice outdoor space and pool. Would definitely stay again.

Rate was a little pricey, as was dinner in the restaurant. Microwave in the room would have been nice, pillows could have been better.
