Airport shuttle is easy to find and convenient for early travel!

My booking.com reservation did not work, although I had an email and the hotel had an email with my reservation, and money had been removed from my account. Even though the hotel desk clerk told me this had happened 24+ times that week, she could not honor my booking.com reservation because the hotel had not been paid. It eventually got worked out, but I only got 3 hours of sleep because of this problem. I will never use booking.com again.

Close to airport. Beds and pillows great. The breakfast is superlative. Pool looked good but we arrived in the newsworthy rains. Some restaurants closeby for dinner and pizza delivery.

As airport closed due to historic flooding the hotel was overwhelmed as people were camping overnight in the lobby as cars abandoned on roads so they could not get anywhere. It took us 3.5 hrs to get from airport arriving past midnight. Could not access kitchen for even a muffin and coffee which was available 6 hrs later. Thank goodness we had some crackers and cashews in our suitcase. Everyone was scrambling to get new flight schedules so we had to stay extra night due to new flight but no one had time to clean up our room. All is forgiven as it was an emergency situation....tv was stuck on some kind of loop with old movies only, no current news etc except in breakfast area

Free, and very complete breakfast was included. There was always a friendly staff person overseeing the breakfast and assisting patrons. Free secure self parking was available. The room had all the amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full line of Dove products) and a comfortable bed.

Would have liked more frequent housekeeping visits during my week stay.

They provide clean rooms with all what mentioned in the description here. Also it has very secure free onsite parking. Staff is very friendly and provides good breakfast. But I would say breakfast could be improved little. But it’s fine and I don’t want to complain here about it. 15 minutes for Diana Beach and Hollywood Beaches.

I had to wait 15 minutes to get the room even i came to hotel around 16:55 though it should provide CheckIn starting from 15:00. As they mentioned there were plenty of late checkouts due to recent weather situation and should be able consider situation.

Very convenient for the airport. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area seemed safe and is within walking distance to a Dollar General, Walgreens, a Subway and IHOP. The entire facility seemed very clean including the pool area. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was too firm for my liking but my husband loved it. I will probably stay here the next time I need to stay near Fort Lauderdale airport.

We did have over an hour wait for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The morning shuttle back to the airport was quicker but the driver seemed put out and was not friendly.

We needed a location close to the Cruise Port and this worked well as it was approx. 10 minutes away. The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a bonus. Having a pool and lounge chairs around it was also a plus. The hotel was modern and very clean. They let us extend our stay an hour based on the shuttle time we had for the cruise.

I found the price a bit steep but all Florida hotel prices have gone up a lot since Covid. No other concerns about the property. Would have been nice if the airport shuttle service could also be available for the Cruise Port. We had to pay $16 each for a hotel sponsored shuttle.

Overall a very good stay. The bed was nice and they had complimentary toiletries delivered to the room in case you forgot something. All beds had firm and soft pillows in the bed. Location was also good if you want to be very close to the airport. Complimentary airport shuttle was available 24hr.

The breakfast was very spartan, and the guests "were not allowed to serve themselves the small omelettes and sausages they had there as you had to wait for staff to serve them to you" which was laughable. Coffee was ok. The selection was very limited and yoghurt was the only option that was not full of carbs and sugar, except for the omelettes.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was punctual and the driver was extremely nice. Overall the stay was good.

The soap/shampoo dispenser fell off the bathroom wall and cut my son's foot while he was in the shower. I had to go to the front desk (because no one answered when I called) to get band-aids and alcohol swabs. I also found the price to be a bit expensive.
