We had the best stay here and we highly recommend it. They called us before our trip to see if we needed help booking any activities while we were there. Jeff made us coffee every morning and gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat during our stay. I could go on and on about this property! The rooms are updated and clean. It was in a great location. We could walk to everything and if we did need an Uber we were able to get one in under 2 min. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jeff for such a great stay!

My wife and i, Arrived Friday the 9th of Sept and stayed til the 11th, was greeted as we arrived. Host took our bags and walked us into the check-in area. And explained everything to us about the Key West area restaurants, site seeing and attractions. The room was amazing from the big king sized bed to the beautiful shower and bathroom area. Was warned about the roosters being loud but we barely heard any. Went shopping, site seeing, to the beach and host also gave us drink, food and attraction discount tickets which was awesome. One hell of a place to stay, my wife Emily and i would definitely come here again it’s like visiting family and staying in an extra room. Quiet and convenient area of the Keys. Joshua and Emily

Absolutely nothing.

Beautifully restored home. Walkable to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. The owner was very helpful, attentive and great to talk to about Key West. The other staff were exceptional as well. Loved the patio outside our rooms perfect for afternoon resting or morning coffee.

Parking as with anywhere in Key West is difficult. No early morning HOT coffee but Joe's down the block is perfect for a delicious Cafe Con Leches. Mirror over the sink was a bit high for this short person but did have a full length mirror also in bathroom.

Jess was incredible as a host! He was extremely friendly and kind to us from the moment I booked the reservation. He was very insightful for places to go to and what to do on the island. We used the bikes at the inn for our whole trip, and never had to get in the car once! The location was amazing on the island, it was close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants but located in a quiet neighborhood so sleeping wasn't an issue at night. We absolutely would come back to this Inn, and already started planning when we will be back!

What did I like well the: location, close to everywhere, the facility very well appointed, outfitted and designed. The proprietor, Jeff, and his staff went out out of their way to make my stay the best every, and they succeeded in all respects! Would I stay there again, very big YES!!! Would I recommend this to any adult again a big YES this was one of the best places I stayed in in a long time, old style hospitality and care! Thank you for a great stay and looking forward to my next time there!

This is a tough one, thinking back I can not truthfully find anything wrong. Are there things I would improve yes, but they are all minor and did not effect my stay or the enjoyment of it!

The attention to detail and customer service at this newly renovated historic Inn was beyond our expectations. All the rooms have been remodeled with a nod to the past with comfortable beds, high ceilings, hardwood floors and totally updated bathrooms. Special spa shampoos, conditioner and body wash awaited us in the bathroom and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and knew the "local" good places to eat and visit in Key West. And after enjoying morning coffee while rocking in one of their rocking chairs on the Front Porch, a lovely cocktail was offered in the back on the Inn's private patio . Great location too - in an Old Town neighborhood just close enough to the "action" on Duval yet far enough away to avoid the fray. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

Really nothing. The Inn is on a street where there is traffic - which is normal for all of Old Town - it is not overly noisy and the Inn provides a "white noise" machine in every room for those who need it. That said, my husband and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep.

The Porch on Frances Inn is in the nicest corner of Old Town. It is quiet, yet near fine restaurants and other interesting businesses. The people watching is great from the porch. The staff are gracious and truly helpful. The Bottle Room is beautiful and comfortable. I was alone but it could easily accommodate two. I have stayed in ten different places over the years in Key West and this one was the best. I saw some of the other rooms and they all look great.

This program wants two or three sentences, but there is nothing bad to report. My second sentence cannot think of anything bad to say either. Finally, there is still nothing bad to say.

Beautiful accomodations I love the historic building, location was perfect, room was sparkling clean and bed extremely comfortable. Jeff was really friendly and helpful, always available for assistance as needed, lots of good advice about where to go what to do in Key West. The balcony for our room which was second level was so pleasant and probably my favorite thing about the room! Would definitely stay again, and would recommend the place to anyone :-)

Only thing to know is the walls are thin since it's an old house. This didn't effect us too much because there weren't too many other guests while we were there, and people seemed quiet and respectful. Also he needs a Keurig machine

Jeff, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The refrigerator in the courtyard was stocked with help-yourself beers. Our flight back to Houston was cancelled and the airline rescheduled our flight for the next day. As a result we had to stay another night. Jeff did not charge for the extra night because he said it was not our fault that we needed the extra night! AND he drove us to the airport. Jeff went way above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I give The Porch on Frances 5 stars++++++++!

We loved staying at The Porch on Frances. Great location, comfortable bed, and wonderful staff. Jeff, the owner did everything he could to make our stay super special, including flowers and champagne on my birthday. We will send anyone staying in Key West to this beautiful inn.
