The only problem we had was lack of coffee upon waking .We could not get our coffee maker to work so we called up front to ask if they had a pot at the office .We were told no ,this would be a good idea for the future to be considered. We found everything else to be good Loved the tile floors as we hate carpet and feel it is a negative when renting a place . Cleanliness was VERY good.,and the bed very comfortable.We were very satisfied.

My family loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! From the front desk staff and to those who actually came to clean every OTHER day (even though) some reviews said they clean once a week (for those who stay 7 days). Reading reviews keep you skeptical because they are from people's points of views but I promise you, our stay was great! The room was CLEAN CLEAN! The bed was COMFORTABLE! We had a pool side view so what I like was the sun wa shining so bright but never directly into the room because they have like a shade or tiny on the window that keeps direct sunlight out! It was quiet! The neighborhood was quiet! The pool was GREAT and CLEAN! The proce was great too!!! I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, they were very uncomfortable. Some were hard. Replace those with softer pillows, even feather pillows. I had 1 issue the 1st nite. We set the ac to 60 or so to cool the room down and the number kept jumping to 72. We told the front desk clerk the next morning and she sent someone to fix it immediately.

The air conditioning in the room was exceptional and very cold. Staff was accommodating with extra towels, and let us borrow a wine bottle opener. The inside and outside of the hotel was clean and no garbage was around. We didn't use it but the pool looked nice and clean. Room had lots of space and had a microwave and refrigerator. The price for the room was great for our week there. We were on the 2nd floor and parking was always available. The location was near everything and easy to get to the Disney parks, maybe 15 min away.

The bathroom and floor was dirty and had hair left behind that wasn't ours. The rooms look updated but at the same time, it looked cheaply done as it looked a little old. There were cobwebs in the corner and stains on the roof but this didn't bother us too much. Had a creepy looking locked door in the room that couldn't be opened, not sure what it was but a little uncomforting. The housekeeping turned the AC off when they came to clean while we were at the parks so we came back to a hot room. Not sure why'd they do that.

Everywhere was clean. Love the smoking rule being away from the rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Had a fridge and iron which we used daily. Microwave did not use but handy to have one just incase. Location perfect Target not even ten mins to the left of the property and 5 mins to the right is a Dollar tree and a Mcdonalds. Applebees across the road. Catch the 56 Lynx bus on opposit side road to the left and be at Disney transportation centre in 30 mins for a bargain 2 dollars. Would def stay here again

Owner was exceptional nice. Quick off the exit in right back on. Beds were wonderful and linen was comfortable along with the pillows. Definitely wouldstay again!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Top notch service. Much better than many other more well known hotels.

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations especially considering the price.

The pool was nice and clean. The rooms were nice and clean too and the linen service was excellent! When we spent time at the pool we could exchange our towels at any time. There is a little bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hair drier and safe in the room along with an iron and ironing board. They have coin operated washing and drying facilities on site but I didn't use them.

The taste and smell of the local water.

We stayed four nights in Orlando and went to Seasons Florida Resort in Kissimmee Fl. for a three night stay, we booked a two hour kayak tour at paddling center at shingle creek about three miles from hotel, next day Canyons zip line near by and wild Florida tours Safari all real close to Seasons Florida Resort. we met Peter the owner a very nice and very likeable person. What was great for me was the price of our stay was very reasonable.

What I didn't like was nothing at Seasons Florida Resort everything was great but my trip back to Indiana we stoped in Manchester, TN. at a Holiday Inn Express at a $176.20 night stay almost what I paid for three night at Season Florida Resort

Convenient, safe, clean, and quiet location. Pool view from king room selection, friendly receptionist, comfortable bed. We really liked the tinted window with shutter style binds and additional draw curtain for sunlight blocking and walk by traffic.

I didn't like the shower. The showerhead was immobile with a weak water spray. The room overhead lighting was bad although lamps were the source. Had to use the stairs to the 2nd floor which was convenient to our parking; however, the elevator was dirty and hot with an odor which we used only twice for luggage up to check in and luggage down to check out.

The hotel is very clean!! As soon as you walk in the room, you can smell disinfectant, which makes me so comfortable. The parking lot and the whole facility were clean. Also, my husband and I arrived later than expected, so the front desk clerk gave a courtesy call and instructions in case they were gone to get the room keys. I definitely recommend it!

The only thing I didn't like was we only stayed one night 😁 no complaints!!
