Developer Inn Express Fundamental Hotel

Room was clean and quiet. During the day, room service gave fresh towels and threw out the trash. There was a desk, outlet, and WiFi that I used for Zoom calls. There was a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room (none of which I needed). I hoped that there would be an alarm clock, but there wasn't, so I used my phone as my alarm clock. During my stay, the hotel's hot water stopped working (so I took a cold shower). When I told the front desk about it the following morning, they fixed it by the time I came back in the evening. The room is fairly bare, but it's one of the cheaper rooms I found, so it was fine.

Upon check-in, the hotel charges a resort fee of $42.70 that isn't stated in the booking.com description. The shower doesn't have a shower curtain; it only has a glass partition that covers part of the bathtub, so when showering, water leaks onto the floor. The floor in the shower room doesn't have a drain, so water accumulates there.

After staying in hotels in the Orlando area for 9 months and a lot of really disappointing stays i have to say this place is amazing. First off everything is fresh clean and feels brand new. Secondly the staff was amazingly friendly, even the guys doing remodeling were really nice people. Thirdly housekeeping comes by everyday and this used to be normal however since covid it really isn't. Fourthly they have a security guard that seems to really keep the riff raff away. Most places are visibly crawling with sketchy people and this one was not. I look forward to staying here again.

I do not have one thing i was not satisfied with.

At long last property owners along the 192 have started to update their properties. Previously stayed here when it was a Masters Inn and this is a great improvement. Rooms are clean and freshly decorated with hardwood flooring (no nasty carpets), improved bathrooms and showers.

Would have benefited from having somewhere or something to stow your suitcase on (mine lived on the floor). This wasn't a big issue, but with two or more people in a room it could be. Sadly, no tea / coffee making facilities either (despite asking staff to supply them) and the pool area was out of bounds (on going renovation of the other blocks)

Good: Had a quick overnight before our day at Disney and booked this place. It’s essentially a remodeled/modernized version of a motel. There are two floors, rooms facing outside and ample parking. The rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and have about everything you’d expect, including a mini refrigerator. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable, so we were able to get a good night’s sleep. There are lots of places to eat in the near vicinity, although you do need a car to get there. Very close to Animal Kingdom, about 10/15 minutes driving–super convenient. Overall was nice for a short stay.

The room smelled a bit of pee and there is no elevator if you are on the second floor. Also would be nice to have a trashcan in the room as there was only one in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, centric, safe, lots of parking. There's a microwave and safe in the room, and a keurig machine downstairs for coffee anytime. Lots of restaurants nearby, Longhorn Steakhouse and waffle house next door, Cracker Barrel across the road. Plenty of parking. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room door didn't close easily, so I often had to make an extra motion to make sure it was pulled shut properly. Once after housekeeping had been in, the door wasn't closed properly. The good thing is, the place appears safe, I lost no belongings. Also, be careful if you're getting a room with an connecting door... There was a couple that stayed next door and I could hear... Well, everything, since the door is thin.

Room is super clean! For the price and location it’s an incredible value.

No Breakfast as advertised. only coffee. There is plenty to eat around hotel though! Also they do not answer their phone at the front desk. & no phones in the rooms to call the front desk or use period. for the money you get a god location and clean room! worth it in my opinion.

Sparkling clean, great location, hard floors, renovated rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing!!

Pool it’s close, no breakfast available. They will have, so it will be a plus. It’s already great hotel. Cheap and comfortable

Location to Disney World was perfect and price was reasonable.

There was no coffee machine. No vent in bathroom so, lots of steam when showering and use your imagination if you have to use toilet. They could’ve spent a few more dollars and got a Lamp, Desk and Chair that weren’t so cheap.

Typical Orlando Inn you go to the day before hitting one of the amusement parks. This one however has been recently renovated, so the rooms are very pleasant and new. The beds are very comfy, the rooms smelled good on arrival and the location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very fair for the value.

Even if renovated, still looks like every other inn in Orlando. There were some foul odors coming from the piping system occasionally.

I only needed a basic place to stay... a bed and a bathroom, so it met that... very clean and nice. And the staff was very helpful.

The bathroom was large, but there was no shelf space or drawers to unload any of my luggage or other items. A table or more shelf space would be very useful.
