Comfort Inn Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

We drove down from Maine. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub in it, although only two of the jets actually worked it was still nice after a long day of driving around. The free breakfast breakfast was okay, nothing to big just dry goods. Also everything is somewhat close which was good. We ended up paying for two extra nights but by the end of the first extra night we decided we were going to go home and we got REIMBURSED for the second extra day!!!! That was cool because some hotels don’t do that! The staff were nice and over all a great experience 9/10 !

We didn’t swim in the pool because it was rather small and only goes 5ft deep.

This hotel has the feel of a well managed B&B with a friendly welcoming vibe. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a large modern TV. Convenient secure parking area. The location is what originally attracted me to this hotel. Its centrally located to attractions, shopping and restaurants. I'm a long time frequent visitor to the Kissimmee area. I am happy to recommend this property!

comfort of rooms .. Location...

I went to the breakfast not knowing that it was until 9am... They never told me... and the person in charge of cleaning the breakfast site told me to put my bagel in the microwave because he already unplug the toaster... that was not nice at all.... I didn't deserved that kind of sarcasm ..this was my second time there in 2 months... and I don't think i will go there for now.. my first review was totally different than this one !

Large clean room, quiet place good parking and good location . The night lady was truly nice...she really tried to help us to be comfortable..

When I gave the guy my card in his hand. He put my card on counter inspite of me holding out my hand to receive it back....Our bathroom had mold on ceiling but atleast the kind lady , spray n clean it n offer to change rooms....We had to push n kick our door inorder to get in the room...lol but all good.

too expensive for an old hotel like that. The prices for that hotel should be about 80 at night. also, my room smelled so bad I had to go buy incense at Walgreens to put in there.

First off the staff and the owners are very welcoming and make checking in easy. If you needed towel or room amenities they were quick to take care of you.

They are short staffed and lack in maintenance but I’m sure they are working on this. Very nice people

Location was close to all the things! Our king room was huge! The staff was super friendly and helpful and wonderful! Can’t say enough about the staff being great.

The jacuzzi definitely needs to be refreshed and needs work (only one jet worked and all the caulking was icky).

location, value, clean and comfortable.

We were told to ask for a crib upon checkin. it when we checked in we were told they have to be reserved because they’re not kept on sight. While it was only an inconvenience, it was frustrating and we had to use a chair cushion and pillows to make a bed for our 1 yr old.

We booked the hot tub room. It was a great room! Hot tub was so relaxing after Disney. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. The pillows were nice and comfy too.

The fridge didn't get as cold as i would have preferred, but it was cool enough.

The room was clean. The hotel manager was extremely nice and when I checked in he saw that I was on a motorcycle and told me I could park my bike under the roof directly outside of the front door to keep it out of the weather. I left with a friend for a day and a half and he allowed me to keep the bike parked in the same place the entire time. I will definitely stay there again.

There really wasn't much that I didn't like. There was no room service still because of the pandemic and no breakfast.
