Polynesian Isles Resort

The resort is spotlessly clean, has magnificent gardens and is very central to parks, malls & access to motorways. The apartment was very large with two double bedrooms and 2 double beds plus bed sofa, plus 2 large bathrooms both with bath & shower. The staff are outstanding and was greeted by all including the gardener. Plenty of towels for both room and pool provided plus basic soap cleaning tea coffee facilities were also there. Lovely pools which included lifevests for kids. Great to use as a base or stay around the pool all day.

Absolutely faultless

Great location for access to all attractions, large range of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets and shopping. Lovely atmosphere at the resort, 24 hour security at entrance to resort and manned reception desk. Apartment was spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Washer dryer available shared between 2 apartments on the same floor, washing powder etc is complimentary.

The one complaint would be that the placing of beach towels on loungers around the pool to "reserve them" should not be allowed. Although the second pool always had plenty of space available.

The front desk person Shawn, was super nice and helpful. The property was beautiful and quiet. Located near the parks and many shops. Very large, clean rooms. Full kitchen. Screened in patio.

I didn't like being approached for a time share presentation after check in. I'm on vacation. I don't want to be bothered.

We were 4 adults and 1 child and our stay was fabulous, the apartment was spotless clean and very spacious with plenty of room for all of us, very quiet for a peaceful rest and included all equipment we needed. A/C worked very well, no bugs inside and we enjoyed the resort facilities very much (free parking, pool, jacuzzi...). Location was great with supermarkets, outlets, Disney parks, etc all within 5-20min drive.

That we had to leave! Cannot think about anything wrong, would come back there tomorrow!

I loved everything about this place! Very clean! Felt very safe. Lots of extras to do in the resort. We live about 90 min from here for the past 30 years and always take small vacations to this area. We have stayed at a lot of surrounding hotels/resorts, but this place is going to be the ONLY place we ever stay at again! We were that impressed!! We didn’t want to leave, it truly felt like we were home! They also texted daily to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions.

The only thing that I personally don’t like and there is only one, no elevators. I called a week before our check in day to request a ground floor as I can not walk up and down steps. There are 3 floors. Thankfully we did get a ground floor room. I didn’t see the “no elevators” note until after making the reservations. That would of been a huge issue for me.

Everyone was very helpful. Love the texting option. Very clean and cozy. Felt like home. The greeting when we came in everyday was awsome. They always said welcome home.

Air conditioning wouldn't go below 68. Light in bedroom kept cutting on and off randomly as if it were haunted. Our only real complaint was that our key card stopped working at 9:15 am even though checkout time was not until 10am. We were loading our car and got locked out. Had to wait in the heat, for security to come and let us back in.

we loved the trees the landscape was so beautiful, everything was so well Maintained and the staff were all wet friendly and helpful

the only thing I didn’t like was the noise of the leg blowers that would go every day. I think a didn’t option for cleaning the walkways could perhaps be looked at. they are very noisy and smell of gasoline.

Loved the second unit we were given, the assistance given by Paulina, Freddy & Suzanna was greatly appreciated. The gentleman who took our cases to the second unit and carried them upstairs for us.

The first unit, although great to have the ground floor as requested - the laundry facilities were outside the unit & shared with the next unit. The washing machine didn't work and we were grateful to be moved.

The suite was very tidy & clean. Containing all facilities to cook/ bake in it. having all that is needed from kitchen ware to towels pots & pans baking forms & all. including washing mashine dish washer oven microwave etc.

The fact that cleaning service is given only for staying more than 10 days... So although it had all facilities for doing everything on your own, the whole idea of accommodations is keeping minimum household duties while on vacation. Also the fact there's no elevator. so staying on the 2nd or 3rd. floor is abit difficult. ( suitcases, and shopping bags needed to carry alone)

I love this resort. its my 3rd time staying here. The rooms are big and comfortable. I was able to check in early because I arrived to Florida a day early. everything is close to this area, Walmart, restaurants, and additional activities for kids if you don't want to go to the Disney parks.

everything about the facility is pretty amazing. Just make sure you purchase some Clorox cleaning spray to clean the kitchen counters. There are micro tiny bugs on the counter. Other then that the rooms are very clean and sanitized.
