The shower and new mattress were great. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean.

Road noise but that toned down around 11. They should remove the carpet and put in tile and remove fake flowers. It would give the room a more updated pleasing appeal. Breakfast was a honey bun. Coffee was offered until 9:30. The lobby was not big enough to offer much.

The motel was very clean and comfortable, especially for the price (which is exactly why we booked it). Check-in was easy and the owner/manager was pleasant and helpful. The location is not far from the interstate (but far enough you cannot see or hear interstate noise). It is also within walking distance to a large number of restaurants. Driftwood Inn is across the street (a very busy thoroughfare) from Walmart if you forget anything.

I thought I saw a coffee maker in the office and was hoping for a cup as I was leaving at 7:00 AM. I'm not sure if they weren't using it due to COVID or if they owner/manager just was not up to prepare it before we left.

I enjoy staying at Driftwood Inn in Lake City Florida. The staff is always friendly and kind to me and I enjoy talking to them when I check in. Nice affordable place to stay that is surrounded by many restaurants and a Walmart across the street.

Location was excellent! Lots of choices for restaurants. Reminded us of the motels of yesterday. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and great night’s sleep to prepare us for the next day’s travels.

The room was clean. I look for clean, safe, and quiet. This place was right on for all three. The bonus was I was only a couple of minutes from the event I was visiting.

I'm not a fan of carpet on the floors but this was clean. I liked everything else.

I picked this place for a quick rest stop on a long trip, thinking it's cheap , but we will make do. We were pleasantly surprised, it was clean and the bed was GREAT!

No fault of property, but GPS sent us to the wrong side of street, look for the sign.

Very friendly staff. No frills here but very comfortable and I felt safe. Price was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

No air conditioning in the bathroom. Was hot in there. Was a window you could open though.

Management was extremely friendly. The parking lot was immaculate and the room was exceptionally clean. It's remodeled with the same amenities of the chain hotels with better rates and the ease of parking (in oversized spaces) at your door. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance. It is super easy off / on the interstate. Definitely will stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, utilitarian, with working fridge and microwave, updated bathroom fixtures and shower. Near Cedar River Seafood (5 minute drive from motel), which has delicious seafood meals. Quiet location although on US 90. Easy WIFI access. Convenient to I-75 and several state highways.

No coffee in room or available in reception area.

the owners! they are delightful people who work very hard to ensure a good experience for their visitors. we left a book behind and didn’t realize it for several days. we called and they have it set aside for us and we will pick it up on our return home. we look forward to seeing them again.
