Quality Inn White Springs Suwanee

What I value in a hotel is safety #1, then clean, then comfortable, then pleasant; "Fancy" might be #10. The staff feels like relatives that actually like you, and the breakfast is to my liking. I saw children's bicycles and a picnic table under trees. The cost is reasonable.

If you want a fancy hotel, this isn't for you: the walls aren't gold-plated, there is no golf course or banquet hall. Yes, there is some freeway noise, but the last word is this is a family-friendly, humble hotel, with smiles and helpfulness from the staff.

Very good value for the price. Great place if you need a place to sleep that is clean. Free breakfast We were visiting Suwannee River State Park, the spring and went kayaking one day..central location to all of it Not a hotel to hang out but perfect if you plan activities and just need a place to sleep at a decent price

The place was nothing to look at from the outside, but the room was immaculate, the bedding comfortable and fresh, Direct TV with more channels then you could possibly need, and free wifi. Cheap and cheerful as we used to say. We had to leave early, didn't check out the complimentary breakfast. Nearest stores and restaurants about 8 MI away.

The morning we checked out, the office staff was outside smoking and knowing there were two guest waiting to check out they continued sitting outside smoking. One girl was smoking and the other girl was watching her smoking. After a few minutes they went in and checked the guest out. This is totally unacceptable and rude. This completely messed up our stay. I so wish I had taken a picture of them.

Nothing after our experience checking out the next morning. These staff members are rude and LAZY!!!

Very clean facility and right off of the interstate. Breakfast was just enough so we could be on our way early in the morning.

The facility needs better signage, I went right past it and had to backtrack before I saw it. Although the facility was very clean there was an old musty smell.

The location was great, and the value was quite good. The unit was very clean, bed was comfy.

I love that they had a desk for me to work; however, there was no place to plug in a laptop or anything else. I had to unplug something (microwave I think) from a multiplug in the only outlet on the wall. To do this, I had to pull out the chest of drawers. The location is literally right off the Interstate, and traffic was pretty loud. I had to leave the fan on all night just to drown out the highway noise. There were no restaurants open on a Sunday night within a 10 mile radius except for McDonalds. Other than that, place was a good place to spend a night for work.

Ground floor room, convenient location.

Wanted a $150 hold on the card above the price of the room. Staff was helpful and didn't charge me when I said I didn't have it. Booking.com stated the cleaning deposit was $50. Bathroom door didn't close completely, the door handle didn't line up. Only 1 towel per person was provided. Couldn't get the removable shower wand to produce water.

The property is well maintained and it has a very good selection for breakfast, including cooked sausage, eggs, and waffles which many of the continental breakfasts are lacking these days.

There wasn't much of a selection for eating right nearby and the bar/restaurant down the street a few miles away is closed on sunday.

Hotel staff was friendly. Lobby was clean and organized. Room 115 was clean and organized. Tub needs handles, or I just need handicapped room. Maybe. Loved everything including fridge, a/c and microwave.

Location requires a turn around. Easily missed, though the hotel easily seen from county road. Thay county road means you feel like you going deep in woods. But at least it's a paved rd. Room 115 sink has faucet problem. Water runs sideways.

Did not eat breakfast there.

We reserved a non-smoking accessible room for a handicapped & opened door with room key to smell lots of smoke. They only have 1 accessible room yet offered another 2 queen beds room. Was not. able to use the bathroom easily. They did apologize.
