Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. At first tv wouldn't work but someone came right away and fixed it so there was no issue.

We were there the same time as a little league baseball team. When we went to have breakfast there were children running a muck EVERYWHERE! One family even had a dog. I love that this is a pet friendly hotel BUT the breakfast area is not a place for animals. I also have a dog, he was not with me but if he had been I would never have taken him in this area. You don't know who all is allergic, or uneasy around dogs. I think it was very irresponsible of the adults to let this happen and upsetting that the hotel staff (3 employees were standing at the front desk next to this area) took so long to ask the adult with the dog to leave that area.

The bed was amazingly comfortable! The sheets were so soft! I asked if they sold them, and to my delight, they do!! I'll be ordering a set! Great design all around. Clean, with attractive decor. Great price! Best motel accommodations we have had in a long time! Will look for a Home2 Suites again!

The Google maps directions are incorrect. I had to call for directions, and the desk clerk gave a,similar, but not accurate street name. Eventually we found it. It has been reported to Google, but they haven't changed it. That part was very frustrating. Driving around a strange city in the dark is no fun!

We choose a handicap room because it had a king bed, rather than 2 queens & we kept saying how perfect it would have been for our family member with special needs. Everything they need was in that room (wide spaces, extra seating/sleeping, curtain dividers, sink, refrigerator, shower rails & optional bench) plus room darkening shades. Breakfast was EVERYTHING (eggs, waffles, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt…)! Location is perfect, close to cruise ship ports, LOTS of eating & shopping within walking distance.

Bed wasn’t super comfortable but doable. No on-site restaurant/bar but we were walking distance to anything we wanted.

This hotel was so clean and so quiet!! Our room had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Great breakfast options in the morning!

The only downside is there is no room service or restaurant in the hotel, so come prepared with snacks and food when you stay there! There are a ton of restaurants on the other side of the street, though. There is a small area of snacks and drinks at the front desk, however every time we walked by, there wasn't anyone present so we could purchase anything. Vending machines would be a great amenity as well! Other than that, it was a great experience!

We've stayed here several times over the last couple years and the front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. The king bedroom suite room is awesome, the king room is a typical hotel room. We required connecting rooms since we had our two older (13 &17) children and the only connecting rooms were the handicap suites I guess? The showers were handicap ready with lots of bars and other stuff in the room geared for various physical impairments. Breakfast is good with different selections each day.

The hotel is starting to show its age some but is still well kept. They allow pets and we had some pet hair in both rooms. We have dogs, so it didn't bother us too much.

breakfast was great. Loved the Danish. We had a little blip on check-in. We arrived at 1am and t3he desk clerk on duty had a very professional response. The next morning we spoke with the Manager and it was handled promptly and with top notch service. The fix exceeded our expectations. Everything was very nice. I highly recommend this property and if need arises again I will stay again

I loved how clean the room was, the bodywash and shampoo dispenser was great, we hadn't intended to stay over night, so we didn't have this stuff, the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful, the snack bar was open late which was awesome, because my kids wanted ice cream and nothing was open on Thanksgiving night, the inclusive breakfast was also awesome, very clean and loved the coffee too. The whole room was easy to book and the hotel was easy to maneuver around as well.

The placement of the smoke detector, its bright at night, every 4 seconds its like a camera flash, it took me about an hour to fall asleep, Its placed over the sofa bed, and while I could've closed the curtain, I couldn't either, I had my youngest 2 there, and it bothered them as well.

New location that was clean and very quiet. I love that it is pet-friendly. Very needed in this area.

The pillows are flat and very uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast is lacking and needs to be improved.

Large rooms, clean. Helpful and competent staff. Only problem was with reservation, which I had to shorten. The booking site would pretend to charge more than initial booking for a shortened stay! Dealing directly with Home2 staff, the problem got immediately resolved. Always better to deal directly with hotels. In fact the booking site brings no value, just take 15 - 20% of our money from the pocket of those who did provide the service.

Loved the location, close to my family. Our room my very cleaning and smelled clean. As that was important to me. Because I’m allergic to mold and pets, and smoke. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows. Would stay again

For me Would be the shower head . I’m a short person and not having a detachable show head makes it hard to Rinse off and to adjust the different levels of spray.
