Not provided although there was complimentary coffee available. Nice location convenient to resturants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable but not easy to access for short, elderly or handicapped people. Very high. Step stools would be helpful. Friendly rooster on neighboring property provided 5 am wake up call daily, but we like chickens.

Everything! From Janice, the manager to front desk, Ana and Tanya and housekeeping, Andrea and Sandra. All of the employees were happy to help make your stay as positive as possible. Room was great and housekeeping made sure you had all you needed and room was cleaned when you asked. Overall could not have been any better. Thank you Candlewood!!!!

the location and size of suite

checked in late Friday night. Our suite had a bad odor. notified front desk sat morning. They advised staff coming in at 9am and they would check it out. We returned late Sat night and same odor in the room. Complained upon checkout Sun morning. Tonya at checkout went to our room and noticed the smell also.

Everything was updated clean and an amazing location just 20 minutes from our cruise parking Bathroom and kitchenette was phenomenal We will stay again before our next cruise in Florida

The front desk personnel could not have been nicer or more helpful. The kitchenette was incredible - fully stocked and fully functional. BEDS were among the most comfortable I have encountered.

WHO designed the bathrooms?? It is large, but there is A sink without a vanity. Literally it is a sink on a pedestal - no where to leave any vanity products while you are using them. Every woman needs a vanity to store hair products, brushes, dental care, and makeup. This part is poorly designed. Still I would stay here again because of the helpful staff. THANKS to each of them.

I did not take breakfast..I had to leave early. I liked the large open layout of my room..I liked that it had a hob although i didn t use it and that there were some pan s should I have......it felt good and was comfortable..i could sit in the bath and watch TV.....the bed was very comfortable...powerful internet

Getting to the hotel was a little confusing initially..mainly due to the road works and road lay outs...it wasn t initially obvious that there was access to the hotel looking from the head of the main road to the bottom...no sign at the top of the road......and the road being blocked due to road works at the end seemed to confirm that.....

Very friendly and quick check in. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable. Room smelled clean and counters were very clean.

A dirty rag in the kitchen sink and a dirty sponge on the towel rack in the bathroom. The door to the room didn’t seem very secure. If there was a hair dryer I couldn’t find it.

Grill out back. They gave us paper plates and paper towels to make this uneventful truck breakdown as comfortable to us as possible. Excellent management and the front desk was awesome. Cleaners were so nice to us and our family. Everything about here was exceptional. They accept pets and it's very well kept and clean!!

Close to where we needed to be all week. Gym was clean and ready to use, staff was friendly with every interaction.

We were promised a cot and never received it. No big deal though.

No breakfast served. Loved kitchen area in room.
