Oceanside Hotel and Suites

the staff was so nice and professional. excellent service. Especially Giovanni, Sergio and Carlo.

The smell of the lobby gave my mom headaches. it was too intense. but luckily in the room it wasn’t like that.

Very clean and very very helpful and friendly staff. The two gentlemen ( who I unfortunately forgot their names) answered all of my questions.

The address was a little hard to find BC the Collins St is one way and there is another hotel name on the building. So just go with the address and when you get to the building, they give you direction to the suite. Their parking is one block further and cost me $34.35 for 21 hours. I stay there at 4/24/2021 for 4 nights.

Last year my friends and I stayed at their sister hotel (waterside hotel) and they told us about their happy hour at the Oceanside hotel. We enjoyed it to the fullest for the one day that we went. So this year we decided to stay at the Oceanside hotel and we went to happy hour everyday from 6pm-7pm and when I tell you it was so worth it…. The bartender was amazing! It was one day we were cheering his name because he was really the life of the party. I can’t wait to come back again. Oh and I can’t forget the food from the tavern; IT WAS SO AMAZING! Everything tasted so fresh and the prices were very affordable. 10/10 experience! Please make your way to the Oceanside hotel/Tavern restaurant.

We LOVED that the restaurant/bar was apart of the hotel. HAPPY HOUR WAS WOOHOOO! Although our services were slow when we finally did decide to eat at our hotel- the food was delicious!

The location being right on the intersection was sort of odd & alarming, especially having to walk outside to get to the front office for everything towels, microwave, ice (no phones for room service). I suggest adding that for guests.

I loved the style of our hotel room and the whole style of the hotel! The staff was very attentive and explained the whole process perfectly! They even allowed us early check-in since we arrived an hour before!

My only thing I did not like was that not all of the towels in the hotel room were clean, however we do understand the cleaning procedures due to COVID and this could have been an oversight. There was also plenty of towels available in our room and we were able to have others to choose from that were clean!

The room was clean enough, nice queen bad, good bathroom. 6-7 min walk to the beach.

The stove top didn’t work, and was fixed the next morning. Ask for a map of you need to park. The parking lot is 5 min walking distance, and payed through the public parking system.

Proximity to beach. Free happy hour drinks— Emmanuel was an awesome bartender!

Restaurant was understaffed. No microwave in room. No elevator in building.

good location parking was a hit or miss. you can pay for parking if there’s any available on the same street at the hotel it was like $3 for 24 hours, or there’s free parking a 1 minute walk past the paid parking but it’s almost always full. if both of those are taken up you can valet with another hotel or 3 blocks down they have a gated parking area also payed. I liked the bathroom very much that’s a big decider in a hotel for me. pool is small but nice, lobby is pretty nice aswell.

I didn’t like the color of the doors😂 that’s nothing tho. I didn’t like that you couldn’t smoke out front. they want you 100 feet away which I understand.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly plus happy hour was great for free drink.they let me use a space to where I can charge my electric 2 passenger scooter as well which was a plus plus… I might have a the music loud all night and morning and no complaints from other neighbors so I suppose the walls are fairly well sound insulated I give 10up

Everyday is a 100 deposit that I will not know when I will receive

location, near parking lot, clean, plenty of restaurants, near beach, friendly staff for the most part, room smelled very good, very clean property

only provide one toilet paper at a time, and had to frequently ask for more. the phone in the room doesn’t work, the ac unit is kind of loud, no parking on property, and smoking designated areas, the pool needs more maintenance and it’s fairly small
