Broadmore Miami Beach

Excellent cost-benefit. The reviews here complaining, to me, are utterly ridiculous. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, beachfront, and the staff was friendly enough to let us into our room and check us out without fuss. If people want a 5-star room with a jacuzzi and lobster for room service, they better be ready to pay the price in Miami. This is a great option for people that want comfort and a good location.

Elevator was slow AS HELL (LOL), but other than that, all was great!

I like this hotel I've been going here for 37 years and I like the staff and if something is wrong they make sure that they fix whatever the problem maybe if there is something and I like the location it's very convenient and there's a lot of restaurants around there you have the ocean You can go to the store is close you can shop everything's right there and it's very convenient

I really there's nothing I don't like about the property because I've been going there for 37 years so I'm very very familiar with the different staff and the people that work there and even the new people that come

Pool is great, location is great, there's no reason not to stay here. The reviews are all over the place but seriously, if you want a luxury hotel then yes you will be disappointed but if you are cool with 1950s throwback for super reasonable rates, this is a good spot.

I have no complaints. I didn't need a microwave and coffee maker in the room. The fridge is fine. You make it work, I mean youre right on the beach!

Location! You can't get any better than this💚 the staff was so very nice. The beach is right across the street and it's gorgeous. And there's an amazing area directly across from the parking lot next door that's a huge park. Like a super fancy, kids Park, with sand volleyball courts and a walking path. The lobby is just adorable. The drinks at the bar were great. Amazing pizza place within walking distance.

Rooms are a little dated, but no big deal. The pool is not amazing, but there's the beach. The restaurant does close early, but it seems like the entire city does.

The convenience of the location was awesome for walking anywhere. They had very good pricing, and the restaurant inside the hotel was amazing as well. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our bathroom was tiny, and we had a hard time getting around the door to shut it. Our refrigerator didn't work, which did suck for us because we didn't have any cold drinks at our disposal after a long, hot day out and about. There was no microwave either.

The location and the price paid excellent customer service from the staff!!!!!!!

The elevator. The elevator needs improvement it was extremely slow and at times I had to take the stairs and I have bad knee and herniated disc so it was hurtful going up the stairs and coming down.

It's location right by North beach is ideal, it's also away from the young partying crowd at South Beach. We had a beautiful ocean view! The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, and we could always take the free trolley when we wanted to visit South Beach attractions.

The only negatives were the refrigerator and the TV. We had to get ice each day because the refrigerator only kept things at room temperature. The TV only tuned in a handful of channels and only one or two of them came in consistently.

I liked that even though the reviews were bad we had a positive experience. you get what you pay for! we only paid 87 a night for a nice quiet room with everything we need. I’m thankful we had a positive experience on a budget! thank you Broadmore hotel, we will be back!

they could do a little better cleaning

The lady at the reception, the housekeeping manager and the deputy Manager in charge those days (second on board) were absolutely amazing in all aspects of my stay, that is the reason I booked again for December Holidays with my family.

The elevator is a nightmare.
