Park Royal Miami Beach

the location, how nice the hotel room was, near beach access, short Uber ride to South Beach/nightlife.

All the hidden fees. make sure to read the rules and fine print cause the hidden fees and stuff are listed. I didn’t like that I had to dispose of my trash and that there was no trash can in the hotel room that’s a job for housekeeping not mine as a guest. Also parking situation is absolutely horrendous.

Good place, convenient, very friendly staff. Close to the beach and the chairs are provided for free. Room was nice and clean. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well stocked for any meal. There is a free Trolley line bus stops one block away. Good location close to restaurants. Publix Grocery and 24 hour Walgreens within walking distance.

The area is a little noisy. A little pricey but that’s just Miami in general.

The hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, cute and bright. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds make a lot of noise when you get in and out from plastic under the bed linens. Loud cars racing down streets at night are a little annoying. You can hear people and activity from room next to you. Strict kitchen cleaning rules a pain in the butt when trying to pack and get out by 11. They'll charge you if you don't clean it up.

Nice update little hotel, 4 minutes walking to the beach, where 2 chairs per room are provided. Headed pool was very enjoyable. Small kitchen with all you need though. Staff was nice, helpful and caring.

If I must say something, they seemed very concerned about people stealing beach towels. I guess it has happened in the past. ;) Also lack of dishwasher, but it’s not a real deal.

Clean rooms-nice pool-kitchen was great. Easy location a couple steps away from great Beach access.

Being in small lobby over 30 min without being acknowledged Street noise at night & all night on a Friday Made it difficult to get a good night sleep

The property was very clean, great location, not crowded, and good parking options. Access to beach chairs & umbrella was an extra perk and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! The staff was kind and knowledgeable.

The amount for the incidentals was a bit much considering what the hotel offers. No breakfast offered & for the price of the stay, a continental breakfast would’ve been nice.

This was my first time every visiting Miami. I love park royal. The young man that work during the day time and get off at 11:00 he got good customer service keep it up. I am very pleased with the room very clean and nice I will be back.

absolutely loved everything.Nice hotel with updated and comfortable rooms. A lot of greenery on the territory, clean pool with warm water. The staff is very polite and unobtrusive. We liked everything, we will definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entirety of our stay. The room was immaculate and the balcony was beautiful! Definitely recommend this place for the value!!

The pool hours were a bit disappointing, I would have loved to take a late night dip in the pool. Mask policy was a lot more lenient than in New York, which is a personal preference.
