Best Western Niceville - Eglin AFB Hotel

I Loved the environment is was so clean and nice everyone staff member my husband and I talked to was so nice and helpful. We can down for a quick get a way and enjoyed some time in Destin at the boardwalk and the exploring the beach. We had so much fun. Our beds weee clean and soft with all the extra pillows the tv was perfect when we was relaxing and breakfast was excellent you had everything.. My husband and I are already planning are next get away to stay here again and explore some more.. I wanted to Thank the nice lady who checked us out also and gave me awards number she printed it and even sent me an email of it. Thank you for the wonderful stay and great experience we will definitely be back soon.

We reserved a handicap accessible room. We needed a shower but not the huge bathroom. My mistake! Room was very clean. My husband needed a chair and after requesting one, the chair was brought to our room. The staff was so friendly! The woman in charge of breakfast was THE BEST! She was always smiling and making sure the food was ok. We make a yearly trip to visit family and will DEFINITELY return!

Maybe change the breakfast menu every 2 days? After 3 days, the breakfast becomes boring. Good but boring.

Excellent attempt at following Covid safety protocols. We understand why you can’t enforce the wear a mask safety precaution. Nice try and really appreciate all your efforts. Pool and pool area was super clean. Very substantial breakfast.

1. We asked for a receipt for our stay but the lady at the front desk said we had to get it from booking.com. This has never happened before. Is this correct? 2. We were charge an incidental fee of $10.00. We didn’t use any incidentals. I called and the lady at the front desk said it would be refunded back to our VISA account. It still hasn’t been refunded. Who do I contact to get information about these two points?

For once I stayed at a hotel and they had a very good breakfast (with bacon!!!!), great variety, both hot and cold food choices. The facilities were clean, not just by appearance, but fragrance (smelled clean). Courteous staff and quick to help.

The property layout was weird, probably because of the strange shape of the property (which can not be helped). So this is still a positive attribute.

The hotel was clean & smelled clean throughout. The front desk was welcoming, as was all staff. No bait & switch tactics for pricing. Incidental fee was fair. Fresh coffee on each morning, breakfast was better than expected.

No dislikes to list.

This property is in very good place , the room and bath room are very clean and the bed an pillows were so comfortable , the breakfast was amazing and the staff was very courteous and very nice and very happy with The best western Niceville-Eglin.

The breakfast was good & I can't complain about the location at all.

I didn't like the fact that we had to ask for clean towels because they don't clean your room everyday. Which I understand that but I think they should at least check the garbage & towels.

Don’t let the location deter you. When we first arrived I was leery of location bc it did not look to be in the best neighborhood. Once we went in and got settled I had no concerns and our sty was enjoyable.

Sanyah checked us in and she was a superstar! The best check-in experience we can remember anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable and the property was quiet for a good night’s sleep.

Very clean and welcoming, good location and price. My husband and our 4 kids loved it. Breakfast included and a very clean pool. 👌 Would love to stay again.
