I loved that everything was walking distance!

Staff didn't interact with guest! No one was ever at desk always in back room. They NEVER checked my ID whenever I was locked out of my room. That's a big NO NO! Breakfast staff didn't greet anyone stayed in pantry on cell phone. I think that's kinda rude!

The bed was very comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel at night is not very well lite at night. The breakfast could have been better, more choices(bacon, sausage patties when it comes to the meats.The air conditioner unit was very loud when it turned on

There needs to be other options at breakfast than all of the carbohydrates offered.

The hallways need to be vacuumed daily. During our five day stay the hallway on our floor was never vacuumed.

Booked this hotel as a last minute trip to PCB for one night, it was perfect for a family of 4… 2 adults, one preschooler, and one infant. It was very conveniently located and had a very relaxed, quiet environment. Front staff was very kind and even let us check in an hour early. Walking to the beach from this location is not practical and you’ll need to find a public beach access to park at in order to go to the beach. This wasn’t an issue as I was aware upon booking. Would definitely have this hotel as my number one option when not staying directly on the beach.

Breakfast options could have been better.

Location was good. Close to beaches and food places. About 15 minutes from Pier Park. Could have used heavier blankets on beds. No biggie though. You can always get an extra one from downstairs. Room was super clean. The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on but they were ok. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional. I only eat the waffle for breakfast so I couldn’t tell you how the other cooked stuff was, but they did have a variety. Muffins, cereal, yogurt, eggs and bacon one day….sausage gravy and biscuits the next. Would have like to have seen something else to drink beside juices and coffee.

I liked the pool being shaded and the beds were very comfortable. The location was pretty decent as well.when I booked I ended up getting a accessible king room but not needing it bc we aren’t handicapped but it was gonna cost too much for our budget since the upgrade wasn’t working on booking. When we got to our room we had been given a king suite which was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. It made the stay really well and we will be back again for sure as well as tell family about this stay.

My only complaint was on the day of checkout at 9:53am the tall blonde housekeeper just walked in our room with check out not until 12. She didn’t knock and she didn’t announce herself. My husband was on the toilet with the door open and I was pretty much naked just standing there. She did apologize and quickly leave but it was definitely unpleasant and made us feel as if our privacy had been invaded as well as lost dignity and respect.

The staff was really nice and the location was good. You could find a lot of stuff by walking and the hotel has its own parking lot.

I didn't like the fact when we arrived at 3:30, room wasn't ready. That was fine because the check in was at 4. We came back at 4:20, the guy the front desk said room is ready and the lady said it's not. They gave us the keys and when we got inside, pillows were all over the room,even on the floor. No towels in the bathroom, no shampoos and stuff like that. Room was not ready definitely... That is the only thing we didn't like.

Room was good size, beds were comfortable & the shower was great.

The carpets in both living room and bedrooms were dirty. They could use a deep clean. Our socks were so dirty from walking on the carpet.

Takes too long to get the deposit back. It was prompted enough and convenient to them to get my money for the deposit but they are not prompted at giving it back. Takes a whole month for them to give it back. They know within 1 hour after you check out that there isn’t any damage to keep the deposit for and they must use it in a crypto investment that it takes so much time to give it back. Ridiculous in this day and time of bad economy to keep people waiting for their own money to be released back on their Cashapp card.

From the time we checked in, the service was awesome. The entire crew at the front desk was great, the always made you feel welcome. I will FOR SURE book this location again when I come back.

The pressure in the shower in the room is the only thing we wasn't happy with. The water was coming out supper slow but, we didn't want to go through the trouble of packing up everything, so stayed in the room.
