The room was very spacious. It looked exactly like the pics on the listing. Balcony over looking the ocean was perfect.
Room does need remodeling, but I'm sure they will get to that during the renovation they are in the middle of doing. Carpet in the bedroom was not the best and bed was not that comfortable.

My bedroom sliding door leaked and the carpet was wet and I could smell mildew. we came in from the beach one day and our sofa was missing, about 30 minutes we got a knock on our door it was two guys bringing another sofa. It was too large to get into the door so they had to take it apart to get it into the room, they ended up scratching the door damaging the walls and ceiling. it was really not the workers fault it was just the sofa was too large for the doorway.

As for the rest of the room the view was great, literally everything else in the room was very nice. I don't think it got the credit it deserved for the most part with others over exaggerating petty things. Staff was very nice. Location was excellent! There was only one pool open but it was all under construction from the last hurricane which is understandable. The pool that was open was the smaller one but it was still clean and upkept. Even if you book a room in the (east) building the open pool was still not long walking distance so if we had chosen a different room in that building it still would not have been a problem. It was fine. I liked the parking.
******Carpet in the bedroom seriously needs replaced as said by others. *** honestly no excuse for the carpet in the bedroom. TV remotes need replaced. We bought new batteries thinking it was just dead. Still barely worked in both rooms.

The unit is in need of a few upgrades and a professional cleaning. The carpet in the bedroom is disgusting. The dirty carpet should be taken up immediately. The living room furniture smells old and needs a good cleaning. Bring your own cleaning supplies and cover the furniture with sheets.

Nice size condo and very clean. Had all basics for use.
The entire condominium was under renovations and it was not disclosed prior to booking. Could not use the pools or balcony.
