We got into the condo with no problem the arrival day. The second day our code to the parking gate didn't work. I was able to call and get a rep on the phone who helped us immediately. We liked the layout, the location, the essentials. We liked the parking ease and the closeness to the beach. I appreciated the promptness and ease of talking to someone about any issues. Our toaster wasn't working, a new one was delivered to us. The wifi wasn't letting me connect, someone helped me with that. I was notified ahead of our stay with e-mails, texts, and phone calls. I appreciated all of those things. The management team is awesome!

The floors were not swept. There was long strands of hair and dirt. I used the sweeper to clean up and there was alot of dirt. The condo could use a deep clean. Behind the bathroom doors was very dirty/dusty. There could be a wall clock in the sitting/kitchen area for convenience.

Location the room was great in alot of ways.

We only had 2 working eyes on the stove top the washer didn't work the showers took forever to drain nice place just needs some TLC to be great !!!

I liked the updated furniture. It was clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I like the contactless check-in/out and door/garage entry. Great location. Just need better weather next time!

Parking garage is awkward...difficult to navigate...not lighted well enough. Pool and hot tub were roped off last full day and check out day of our stay. Living room/dining furniture placement awkward with TV armoire where it is located.

Loved that it was right on the beach and the elevators were very fast. So convenient to get to Walmart and Walgreens for snacks and sunburn meds. Master bed was super comfy and rooms were clean. Definitely over all a great little spot to relax.

We got there and the door code would not work. Had to call a number for them to reset the code. That one did not work. Had to call back and another person reset the code. Told us to wait 10-15 min to try again. So we stood in the heat after driving 9 hrs straight just for that code not work as well. Finally they gave us a code that worked. That was a little frustrating after waiting 40 min. The balcony door was a booger. It doesn’t wanna slide open or closed very well so if you don’t have a lot of strength in your arms this balcony isn’t for you. Could use some WD-40 maybe.

The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open. It took all of my strength to open it.

I like the indoor spa area and the beach access

My room was dirty. The bed sheets had hair on them and dirt. We had to wash everything before going to bed
