Great bang for your buck - especially with family and kids. Comfortable condo, great beds, well designed floorplan, and nice updates. Great view off the balcony of the beach, and easy beach access. Would definitely book this unit again. On the 5th floor so a decent view of the beach - never heard the neighbors above or below - good sound control. If you look at the pictures, this unit is in the very center and on the left side, 5th one up. Great view of the beach. We are noting the name of this unit and will likely book again.

Minor gripes - the oven didn't work. Stovetop did though, wasn't doing much cooking but worth noting. And the master furniture had a very weird/strong smell. They need to put some dessicant packs in the drawers and seal them or something...you get used to it but at first it is kind of jarring. I am sensitive to this type of thing, if you're not it won't bother you. The keurig was broken, and they had me a new coffeemaker delivered within an hour. Great service overall. Checking in was a bit weird. You check in at the gate - which can cause delays for people who just want to get in and park. Buildings under remodel, so some construction going on. Didn't affect my stay (was not noisy, etc) - but it did impact one of the elevators.

I loved the fact that it is beach front. The staff were very kind. Super quiet and nice little apartment.

The balcony and the big pool were both closed, and I was not informed until after I purchased the non refundable apartment. Recommend washer and dryer. This apartment does not have a washer and dryer. You have to go downstairs to use it. Needs bedding for the pull out couch. I had to buy my own blanket.

The View was wondering the white sand Perfecto. Jet skis, parasailing etc.

The codes.... so much confusion on which code belongs to what. I started out with one price until I found out almost few hundred dollars more to the bill....one extra charge cleaning? But the room was clean when I arrived nobody stopped by to clean my four days stay.

Beach front

Two dead mice near elevator that laid there for a few days until we informed the office staff, needless to say they were not helpful, kinda rude. Also, didn't understand why had to wear the armbands.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful! Everything you would want in a beach condo. The location is out of the way of all of the hustle and bustle, but convenient if you needed to go out and about. Even though there is construction going on, which we knew of in advance, the facilities were wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the beach, within walking distance from food and shops and our condo was very nice.

It could have better shower pressure.

I saw photos of the room and the building so it was pretty much what I expected. my room was room e801 so my view of what we came for , the beach was less then stellar, but the rooms west of me are likely very good.
