Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Pier Park Area

The pool and splash pad was very nice. The room was nice but was right next to the elevator so noise all night from that. The breakfast was good.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. And they didn’t even have any documentation that someone was even in it. No organization. Then they gave us a room right next to the elevator which was noisy all night with people going up and down. We had no maid service all week because they were understaffed.

Good location to beach and Pier Park. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Front desk was friendly and outgoing. This is the 2nd time within a year that we have stayed at this location & will stay again.

Sheets did not seem big enough for bed. Room also got very cold at night and did not have blanket. Staff was not wearing masks even though a sign was posted that it was mandatory.

Fran.. the 3-11 desk clerk was WONDERFUUL.. helpful and a delight to talk to Breakfast had enough variety to satisfy everyone. Loved the flavored creamer. Would have liked some cold ice water available

At first I was alittle upset thst I wasnt closer to Pier Park But, the hotel was a peaceful place that I really enjoyed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was better than most places under Covid restrictions.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was above our expectations. There was a lot of variety at breakfast.

Stuff. When we arrived at the hotel, we waited for a long time for someone to come to the reception, no one was there. Except for one person, the staff were unhelpful and uninterested.

Location was nice can be tricky with traffic during busy season but overall great

The over all stay was great.

At check in the front desk worker was on the phone handing a difficult customer asking a lot of questions I feel as if she should hve put them on hold and handled the person in her office first. The price was a bit over rated for two nights $600

This hotel is very clean and the staff was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much. We had to arrange for oxygen to be delivered for my husband and the staff couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and one child. The breakfast was great each morning. The temperature in our room was always cool. I felt like the location was great for where we needed to go.

The only thing we did not like was that we didn't understand the room cleaning situation.

Breakfast is good. Lobby looks clean. Staff is attentive. The hotel is not too far from the beach or pier park.

I requested house keeping service and did not get it. It was a short stay though so it was not that necessary.
