Condo was a great location walking distance to loads of shopping, restaurants, and bars. The bar downstairs stops music at 10pm, so it was really quite and chill after that. Pretty clean and provided all amenities listed and some more. Security & Maintenance staff at the complex were on it! Customer service was excellent with Vacasa, answered every call and question. Download their app. It provides all necessary information on check-in, parking garage information, gate codes, and check out. We booked through Booking.com, which was very troublesome and problematic at every turn. They kept sending emails and notifications stating that our payment was invalid. Which was not the case, because the management company for this condo, already took the money. Their customer service team was no help at all, on hold for 45 minutes and pretty much blamed it on the resort. But called customer service at Vacasa, they cleared everything up! We will definitely book through Vacasa again, but skip going through Booking.com.

The location couldn’t have been better! The living room/dining room and bedrooms were spacious. washer and dryer were a definite plus! Everything was very clean.

I thought I had booked a 3 BR/2 BA. but the third BR was actually just bunk beds in the hallway. As a 66 year old woman I did not enjoy sleeping on a bunk bed open to the common areas. Also, we had issues with plumbing. It may have been a facility issue since one pool was closed for all but the first day of our stay. Disposal frequently didn’t work and sluggish toilets. I was told ahead of time to keep curtains drawn at night for sea turtle nesting, but the drapes to the balcony did not close and the rod appeared to be broken.

Washer needed to be cleaned (mold build up on inside of rubber door surround). Master bedroom windows open up to walkway so other people can look right in so you can't have the windows open. Was given the wrong gate code, luckily another guest was behind me and said the same thing happened to him and gave me his code.

how the bunk beds were right next to the door there was no deadbolt to lock the door for kids safety for bedtime. the front balcony door knob was loose and came off. other then that it was pretty but very high up.

Check out at 10. It would be better if it was at 12. My reason is: it takes more time to pack up and get ready to leave when you have daughters!!!!

wait times on the elevator and parking was a pain to walk to and from elevator to get up to the rooms to many elevators to take .

The amenities were nice, clean, and the location was convenient.

The bedroom windows face the road, and headed into bike week, there was a lot of road noise.

one elevator was done. gate codes didn’t work half the time. shoes, toys, popcorn and candy found under the beds.

parking is awful, the oven didn’t work and told would be fixed and nobody ever showed up

The facility was in a great location! You could walk to Pier Park and many restaurants. Very clean rooms and public areas. Pool was heated and hot tub was wonderful. Security was very nice, requiring codes to get to resort areas such as pool and beach access. Had a very wonderful stay and look forward to booking here again in the future!
