This was the cleanest, best maintained VACASA property we've ever stayed in. The staff on site were personable, friendly and helpful. It was truly a wonderful stay.
The kitchen was well-stocked with pretty much everything you might need, but the cabinet space is minimal and completely taken up with dishes, etc. There's no place available to put any groceries! Perhaps a small pantry cabinet where the little console sits or some wire shelves in the laundry room could be added. Also, the pictures on the site make the unit and balcony look a lot larger than reality. It was great for just a couple, but it would have been a little tight if there were more of us. It was otherwise so nice I feel kind of bad for mentioning these issues. They are pretty trivial.

Clean, close to everything.
The concierge desk not being open 24 hours. We had to carry all of our bags by hand and make several trips to the truck because we left before 9. It’s ridiculous that check out is at 10 but you can’t get a cart until 9, so it makes it impossible cause everyone is trying to get one.

The room was amazing, very clean, very nice and spacious for the cost. Great value.
Desk management woman was unbelievably rude for no reason and did her best to not do her job or help anyone. Only had one elevator for the entire condo since the other was down, waits were long and the one elevator was always packed.

The only 2 elevators working the entire 23 floors was just miserable at times and will not return to rent again. Staff minotoring the pool was rude and not consistent with inforcing the rules. Overall the unit it self was nice and beds very comfortable.
