I love the outlook from the pool area.

The first morning I met this lady who was very rude at the front desk. I went for some extra coffee creamer and Suger but went to the wrong area, I didn't know. So I try asking the young lady behind the kitchen counter but as I went to ask the lady at the front desk rudely said u need to order over here. I said I wasn't trying to order anything I just had a question. She than says its in this corner over here and pointed. The way she talk to people comes of rude and it could be better. To think I found out it was the GM. Other than that everyone else was very polite and pleasant.

We very much liked the location, especially for the cost. The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The size of the room and location of the hotel more than met our expectations given our plans to be out and about most of the day.

We could hear much of what was happening around us while in the room. For example, if any room around us flushed a toilet we could hear the flush but I imagine the other patrons could hear that from our room as well. However, when the AC kicked on or if we put the sleep timer on the TV we couldn't hear anything.

The hotel is conveniently located to many bars and restaurants. The hotel lobby had a nice vibe.

This hotel is very noisy. I was originally on the seventh floor on my first night in hotel. I barely slept due to the sound of constant air coming through exposed air ducts. I was moved to the second floor for the remainder of our stay, but it was still noisy. The bathroom door needed to be kept shut in order for the constant air noise not to drive us crazy.

The room and the bar at the looby was very nice. The location is perfect for exploring downtown sarasota.

I didn't like that the person that handles the booking.com account didn't replied to one concern I had with my credit card and a purschase made at the front thest. I had to contact them directly via email to get reply.

I really loved our room, it’s was so comfortable. It wasn’t huge but the layout made it feel bigger. I really loved how the room was divided up. This sounds silly but guys, the pillows !!!! I wanted to take one home so bad. Amazing comfort. I wish I had more time to enjoy every thing you offered. I live in Lakewood Ranch FL AND I’d drive 20 mins and spend money to re-stay here just to get to experience more. Perfect location too. Like was so nice, walking distance to everything !

The only thing is I wish it was a flat fee for parking, not daily charge of $18. I love tipping, your guys worked so hard in that heat to grab our cars and I would of rather spent on top of what we tipped each time on their labor and not to the hotel… honestly free parking would be dream.

location is great for downtown and waterfront walking

I didn’t like the set up in the bathroom with towels in the toilet area and no place to hang them in the sink area. it would be nice to have a night light in the bathroom so you don’t have to turn the overhead lights on in the middle of the night.

This property was so close to restaurants and the free trolly service. We loved the rooftop pool, and the complimentary bikes helped us get to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in only a few minutes. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Super trendy and fun place to be, we enjoyed the views, bar, pool, staff, comfortable rooms, everything! Definitely worth a stay.

First the service was top notch. Alanis the front desk employee gave us the most genuine and uplifting customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful and inviting. The rooms are very modern and European in style. Roof pool is a plus. We were able to see a great view from the pool deck. Close to Main Street where all the restaurants are. Very close to Lido beach witch is one of the beat beaches in Sarasota. And again Alanis the front desk employee make staying at Aloft even better. She treat my wife and myself with great customer service.

Great location! Friendly staff, especially for valet parking.

Cleanliness of the rooms. Rooms are cleaned every second day and not done very well. We found dead bugs and used wine bottles from the prior guests.

1.- POOL: LISA did an amazing job juggling food and bar services, plus music and entertaining the pool guests!. It was a lot of fun! She always had a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome and comfortable despite being solo on this trip. She is the best !. I think she deserves big props so I am making sure I share this! Thanks Lisa, I look forward to seeing you the next time! ...............5 STARS for Lisa!!! Keep smiling and dancing! Char 2- LOCATION: awesome location!
