The room we had smelled of cigarettes, after we completely clean the room and sanitize the tables,shower and toilet we air out the room and put the ac at 60. The room smelled better. Would of asked for a change in room but they had no other available. After the two days we stay more like one day total since we didn't get to the property til pass midnight. We changed rooms, to a Queen Suite. Much nicer and clean.. the house keeping ladies were delightful and nice. The breakfast was okay, the usual eggs, sausage, cereal and bread. Overall the location was nice, near stores and groceries stores.

One particular lady, didn't get her name. that was serving breakfast had a nasty attitude, also upon having a late check out she came to the door banging asking when we were leaving without asking the front desk after we had already told the cleaning lady that we were in the process of moving rooms. I experience here up to the that moment was phenomenal.

Loved that it was within 30 minutes of several different beaches. Also there was plenty to do close by as well as shop and/or eat out. Very good location, I also liked the room itself with a little kitchen and my kids loved the mirrors for their "pictures." The pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, the grilling area was extremely nice and added bonus a little putt putt hole that the kids used to practice before we went to play a actual putt putt game. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it.

We were on vacation with our family. When choosing accommodation, we wanted a large room, kitchen and swimming pool. The fact that breakfast was included in the price exceeded expectations. The accommodation is ideally located. It's not far to drive to the beach (Siesta Key, my favorite in the whole world). There is also a Publix within walking distance. There are also some places to eat nearby. It's easy to get to I75, where you can drive north and south across the state. This property will definitely be one of my first choices if I stay in Sarasota again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank You, thank You, thank You!

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, and coffee delicious. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Facility was in good, clean shape.

A couple of small things: Info about surrounding restaurants (I ended up using Uber eats but saw later that there was a Walgreens or something within walking distance - I didn't have a car/I used Uber). The hot water in the shower was non-existent. Luke warm at best. Bed was comfy and place was clean, but there was an overpowering smell of febreze or something. Overall good.

the place was clean,hot water all the time, everything working well, the workers very attentive from the housekeeping to the front desk, all the staff, the pool was always being maintained and cleaned, the breakfast fresh, every day different options of meat..You have the publix across the street and the mcdonals, on the corner a walgreens a few miles walmart and target very central ,there were stores around you ,the beach is 20 min away, parks nearby, I recommend it for families with small children

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. The size of the room was very good and made for a comfortable 7-day stay. The location is great for access to many local beaches, restaurants and attractions. The heated pool area was very nice as well. Bottom line is that I will definitely return here when I come back to the Sarasota area.

The mattress on the bed was not as firm as I am accustomed to and I did experience a couple of mornings where I woke up with a sore back. Also, the towels provided at the pool are a little rough and small to the extent that they don't cover the chairs.

It was a good location - not far from the airport and only 15 minutes to the beaches or even closer to great dining in historic downtown. Good breakfast too. clean and quiet.

Great friendly helpful staff but I think understaffed. As has been the case recently, no daily cleaning unless requested which was fine. We emptied our own trash and left it in the hallway which they took care of. But then supplies like toilet paper would get low when you’re there 5 days and I had to go get it myself. Pool towels were pretty tiny so people took several and then they would be out. Only one person ever working the front desk so the wait could be a while if there was a line.

First time visiting Sarasota, location was great, it was close to local stores, major roadways, and even our gym. The amenities were awesome. The hotel gym was well equipped to keep up with regular workouts. They had a big pool and hot tub, as well as family outdoor games like corn hole and a mini putting green. The outdoor area had two large grills that guests can use and nice seating under a pergola. Kitchen and dining area had plenty of room. Full-size refrigerator and glass 2-burner cooktop. All the dishes and utensils were cleaned in the dishwasher prior to our arrival. Arthur was the front desk staff member at night and he was AMAZING!!!! He was so helpful and friendly. We definitely would recommend staying at Homewood suites by Hilton in Sarasota.

There was minor sugar ants (like 1 or 2) on the stovetop in day one but that is not unusual in Florida especially after rain. And unfortunately, on the morning of checkout a wasp some how got into the room (not sure if it hitched a ride on my shirt when I went down to breakfast) and I got stung right on my sternum. But I would not let either of these incidents deter me from staying here again.

The room was nice, the air conditioning had an issue but they fixed it. The location was good for what we needed. We used the grill by the pool for dinner It was a nice accommodation..

The breakfast was ok. It wasn't the Greatest. They kept running out of plates and bowls and the lady in the kitchen was not the friendliest. The other hotel staff were great.
