It was good, but wish it started at 5:45 since we had to leave for airport early

The front area was not private and was noisy with many quests sitting around and playing games. Our previous hotel had a quiet, clean, and pleasant foyer. The next morning when we went for breakfast, the tables had not been washed off and there was food and crumbs all over the floor (6am).

The bed was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean. They had laundry service and a continental type breakfast which I didn't eat but glad to know it was available.

The pillows. I prefer a certain type of pillow. I didn't like the smell in my room once I turned the air off but remedied it with some spray. Wifi was also another thing that bothered me but remedied that with my hotspot.

We were here for a football tournament at IMG and had several families stay here. The staff was AMAZING. Took care of all of our needs and was always very friendly and accommodating.

Only issue was the beds were not regular size queen beds and were more of a full size. And right next to a main road where motorcycles drove by at 3am.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and very helpful staff. Through all day you have a super service, hot drinks are served in lobby 24/7. It’s a big advantage. In our situation, we had an infant and for using formula - very useful to get hot water anytime! Amazing kitchen in your room: microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. Very comfortable sofa.

Just one thing was disappointed in our room. The carpet was so dirty, that you have to wear socks/slippers or to wash your legs a lot of times, because you’re leaving dirty prints on kitchen floor. And you’re felling like in not clean room. And of course for going to the bed :(

Breakfast was great, front Desk and house keeping personnel were very professional. It was worthy to stay at Home 2 Suite Sarasota and I sure recommend this property to me friends and family members.

They only offer house keeping once, during stays longer than 5 nights and every 5 days there after.

The hotel was clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly. I didn’t experience any issues people complained about. Our room faced the highway and airport and we didn’t find it noisy. The accommodations are excellent. The bed was comfy, the sheets and comforters were soft and cozy. I loved having a full size fridge since we’d pack lunches for the beach most days. The bathroom was roomy, plenty of room for my makeup and toiletries and such. There was a nice variety for breakfast. Oatmeal, yogurt, omelets, breakfast sammies and waffles. The staff did a great job to make our stay a great one. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for vacation and this has been our favorite hotel in this price range.

The channel selection for the TV could have been better. I’ve stayed at other Home2 Suites that had a smart tv with Netflix and Hulu apps, this would have been a nice option for our longer stay.

I loved the fact that there was coffee/tea/hot cocoa in the lobby 24/7 and the breakfast from 6 am-9 am was delicious, I loved the fact that there was a lot of variety of foods to choose from. In addition, the decor throughout the hotel was wonderful! I loved how modern and clean everything was! The room was spacious and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, it was all in a cute little kitchen area. The location was PERFECT it was so close to everything but yet it did not feel cramped like it does in downtown Sarasota. Parking was also very convenient and free :) The staff was super friendly and they would always ask how we were and if we needed anything. I was very pleased with the price I paid, it was very much worth it if you are ever in the Sarasota area definitely stay here! 10/10 Recommend!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar was convenient. Traveling from the airport, our Uber driver found the hotel with no difficulty. Very clean bathrooms and provided dishware in rooms with kitchenettes were an excellent addition. The room HVAC worked quite well! No musty smells or problems with humidity in our room...definitely a good thing for this time of year.

Cable television provider experienced frequent loss of signal! Most channels didn't connect at all. Not blaming hotel; it could be because of proximity to airport? Either way, it would be good to have a disclaimer in the room about the cable/satellite connections. Although not mandatory, masks were not worn by most guests; therefore, a clearer, more visible statement by the hotel on its mask policy would be helpful. Doing this would go far to keep guests informed and safe.

The pillows were uncomfortable, I did not sleep well. Also in room 307 someone before us burned something in the microwave and the room smelled like it. We had two people come in and spray Lysol but it only masked the smell temporarily, there were no extra rooms to move to, so my mom had to wear a mask in the room bc it was bothering her sinuses.

I liked that it is close enough to the Lido beach, to different stores Henry was very nice and helpful
