beautiful hotel, definitely a dated hotel, extremely small rooms, but it was nice, I wold stay here again

bed was extremely worn, it bowed in the middle, we did not receive any housekeeping while we were there and couldn’t get fresh towels.. for right at $300 per night it very few amenities than I anticipated.

I liked that there was only one way to drive in and out of the hotel! Good breakfast, and very clean!!!

I booked through booking.com and even though I choose the pet room it didn't include the pet fee in the price even though the pet room cost more...

It was a great location and room was amazing. The pool is nice size and secluded. The laundry was right on the same floor we stayed on. Parking was always available.

Staff could be a little more attentive and friendlier Breakfast was horrible, just cold cereal and yogurt for that price we paid for one night, the pool was disgusting, not clean.

Attention from employees, room cleanliness and ready when I arrived, all appliances working, room comfort, quietness for resting.

General areas in the hotel need more attention: garbage in the parking area, light in the parking area not working well and dark, sometimes inside in the halls garbage left by customers would stay in place for several days (you need to get another employee to help for housekeeping when hotel is full). The actual housekkeping workers you can see that are giving the most, but are not enough their efforts when the hotel is full. The amount of tree's branches along the entrance street toward the hotel gives a bad impression of the property making it look different than the other two around, and at night because of darkness. Trees should be trimmed and the entrance cleared.

The value was great and the staff was friendly. We had a good clean room when we got there and it was in a great location to the air port. We didn't fly but it was right there for anybody who did. We also liked that they had big showers. There is no bath tubs in most of the rooms. I asked at the front desk. The size of the room is great for a family of 5. But there is no extra room for beds if you try to bring something else for people to sleep on.

That there was no breakfast only coffee when we got downstairs and that they didn't bring fresh towels each day

The facility was beautiful and clean, accessible to everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

This could have been an issue somewhere else, but not here...the hotel was in the process of changing out their room card lock readers. My particular room was scheduled for the following day, but worked upon check-in. However when I needed to get something from my car during the night I doubled checked the lock and couldn't get the card reader to work. The gal at the desk was very apologetic and told me that she could see my door from her monitor and would watch it while I was out ,then come up with me with a new card. Also reassuring me that it would be no bother for her to repeat the process should I wish to step out again. All staff were extremely polite ,helpful and willing to go the extra mile. 😀

It was convenient to Van Wezel Performing Arts. It was quiet.

There were no towels for shower. Could not figure out the TV channels. My key would not open my room door. The person on duty came to assistance and made a new card for my door. That was good. Would have liked to have breakfast offered until 10:00 A. M. .

The staff was very rude. I asked at 5o’clock in the morning when I got up to take my children to school if I can get room service in my room I was gone all morning came back at 12o’clock in the afternoon in my room still was not done, so I asked them once again to get housekeeping in my room they told me that they were finished for the day so I asked them for a vacuum and I had to vacuum that room. That was very unprofessional that I had to clean that room

The breakfast was grab and go which was disappointing since other hotels are doing full breakfast.

The per night price was excessive for the type of hotel that it was. A $200 + a night hotel should be something more luxurious. This was just a basic hotel with nothing special about it.

Close to airport, down a secluded road, nice and private. Well landscaped.

Free breakfast was a joke. A frozen egg and sausage biscuit that you had to microwave, a mini yogurt and granola bar. Coffee was in breakfast room, no juice and no regular tea. No place to sit and eat it. They could have separated some of the tables for Covid concerns.
