balcony. We loved it here! We had a balcony room and put our folding chairs out and would sit look at the sunset, talk about our plans for the next day, wake up have a cup of coffee on the balcony. We stayed here for 6 nights 6 days, it was our first time in Sarasota, we explored the Siesta Keys, Armand's circle ect. We loved our stay, the room was clean, new, updated. The staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was amazing. We spent Christmas here and they made a special Christmas breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. We went to other hotels at other locations we visited along our vacation and there is no comparison to Ameniti. The price, cleanlines, Staff, location cannot be beat and we did not enjoy any of the other places on our journey. We are from Indiana and this was a special trip going different places and experiencing things neither of us had ever done, or been, we are in our 50's and wanted to do it before we physically can't. Ameniti made that part of our journey very worth it and we will be back and have already told others about it.

The breakfasts were so fresh and GOOD. Also loved the pool because for kids, the slope (vs stair entry) is AWESOME. it was a great experience staying here!! Will be back!

Several times that we got pool towels or room towels, they had an orange spot, like as if someone had eaten shrimp scampi lol. Was just praying they were clean 😬

Room was very clean and comfortable (although would of been nice to have had a few chairs and small table on the balcony to enjoy it more). The location was central for us and restaurants were close by with Culver's being right across the street. The staff on reception in the the breakfast area were very polite and professional. The hotel was always being cleaned and the pool is closer than it looks in the photo's with plenty of seating and a gorgeous graduated pool.

There were a lot of workers who when arrived at night were very active in going to neighbouring rooms, knocking on the doors etc but we cut them a bit of slack as we presumed they were working in fort myers trying to get things back to normal after hurricane Ian.

Great rooms, biggest we had on our Florida tour Great beds, a lounge area, desk , great bathroom nothing to dislike here Breakfast was very good choice of freshly cooked omlette will plenty of filling choices, breakfast tea available for us Brits.. well done.. Nice fruit selections all very nice

Nothing.. ahh.. except you can't find out what the hell is on the TV?? They don't provide a printed channel guide they say due to Covid.. What?.. yet there's just one spoon to spoon out the fruit salad at breakfast?? There's no TV guide button on the remote? .. they advised us to us Channel 7 to see TV guide.. no cigar here either.. showed you nought.. frustrating yet you'd have thought easy to fix Location is on the outskirts of Sarasota, but road connections are brilliant so no issues getting where we wanted

The hotel was clean, tidy and modern. The room facilities were good, with a mini fridge, large desk and microwave. The beds were comfortable and pillows were the right firmness. There was spare bedding if you needed it. We had a double queen room and a sofa bed. Housekeeping do not make the beds unless they are completely clear, something we were not informed about and we did need to ask for additional towels after they had been changed. The reception team were very welcoming and helpful. My husband used the gym and was pleased with the facility, but it is small and can only cater for 5 max people at a time. The pool area is really lovely, but there isn't much shade. But overall we were happy with the pool. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, with eggs and waffles being made to order. We stayed 3 x nights and had lots of different choices on each morning of our stay. The staff were really lovely and pleasant to chat to. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

My only complaint about the room was that my teenager was uncomfortable sleeping on the sofa bed. However, reception tried to resolve this by giving us an additional duvet.

The staffs are really nice, very helpful and very professional. The room was great with two queen beds and very comfortable. The house keeping was great. Breakfast was good, of course you have to pay for hot breakfast. Location was great. Very clean property.

Some guests are extremely noisy. The walls are very thin. You can hear every movement. I wish all the suites are located on the first floor so that the rest of the guests would not get disturb.

The staff did a great job at making us feel welcome and comfortable. Place was clean and everything in order. Would come again.

We had a toddler with us that picked up the phone without us knowing. The front desk asked if he needed help and he kept saying "yes". Being in a handicap room the woman working at the desk was up there in a jiffy. We apologized for her troubles and told her it was the toddler that did it. We all laughed about it. But, it was good to know that if there was a problem they would be on it right away. Best Westerns always have the best staff, all over the country.

Excellent location, very friendly lobby staff, full continental breakfast, and they offer an extra breakfast with an additional payment, they organized my room every day we were there and changed the towels. I could go back again.

I have no negative comments.... Small pool towels, but they always had plenty to offer at all times. oh I forgot to mention that they had a drinks bar by the pool but during my stay it never opened, it would be good if it was open and that they played music.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The property had an outdoor patio area with a grill, fire pit, and comfortable patio furniture. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and had a super comfortable bed. The included breakfast is fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has your basic continental options but also has a station for fresh omelettes, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. The high quality of the breakfast is rare in hotels in this price range. The lobby has a water station and all day coffee/tea, which is a nice added touch.

If you put a do not disturb sign on your door for the morning, you don't get housekeeping services unless you call the front desk and ask for it. This was not made clear upon check-in and was only explained after I asked. The location is about a 15 minute drive from downtown, and about a 30 minute drive from beaches....so not terrible, but not super convenient. The shower has a weird design and gets water all over the bathroom floor. At least on the 3rd floor, there was a very odd smell in the hallway but wasn't in the room.

Just a bit let down with the breakfast. Read the reviews online about full breakfast including omelets. When we got there it was a $10 fee per person. We talked to another guest and they said it used to be included but a new owner took over and changed it.

The only other problem was parking. We got in late each night and had to park at the hotel next door and walk over. There were so many construction people staying there bc of hurricane Ian and would park vehicles sideways and take up 5 spaces. We understood though.
