Comfort Suites Tallahassee Downtown

The room was very spacious.. everything is LITERALLY less than 20 minutes from the hotel.. The beds are SUPER comfortable..oh and glass showers was pretty cool.. wasn't expecting that.

Checked in and received room key for a room on the 2nd floor.. first thing I smelled was wet carpet.. got to room and it smelled like wet carpet as well.. was asked to be moved to a different room and the guy at the desk was so helpful with the request and moved me to the 3rd floor.. he also explained that with all the rain that the carpet does give off a smell.. but I personally believe that the carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced..

This was the second time my husband I stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring everything that Tallahassee has to offer. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room itself was spacious and clean, and bed was extremely comfortable. The swimming pool area was also well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat from the Florida heat.

This is a great hotel that is clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating as I had booked the incorrect date in error and he promptly corrected with no issue. He was very polite and personable. I loved the extra towels provided which were fluffy and large. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Breakfast was fantastic. A nice touch is the chilled lemon infused water in the lobby. Add cookies please ha ha seriously I loved this hotel.

I was here evacuating from hurricane Ian. Had to make reservation day of. Front desk worker waived my pet fee at check in. Same worker was at the desk when I went to check out a day earlier than my booking. He completely refunded my final night and was very kind the entire time. Was very appreciated during a stressful time.

Changed immediate to hesitation....

Shower curtain and face plate underneath drain mold mildew poor design by corporate not facilities manager Trip hazard on labels that say door are extra non needed expense that could be used to replace shower stall plates they are moving to much ....IGH TGH Wich one fits hesitation better one missing chair that's a "h"

Good location with plentiful shopping and food options nearby. Complimentary breakfast was good with several food choices. Friendly staff

Sofa bed was not clean. Room had an odor. Not a horrible smell, but would help to open windows to air out

The property was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

There was nothing I did not like about the property. I have no complaints.

Overall good. Glad Breakfast was being served early for all of us that had early events to be at in the morning. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Price was very high, $300+ for 1 night. Wish they had more than 1 staff member for a sold out hotel at check in.

The breakfast was okay, but not what I would have paid for elsewhere. The bacon was greasy, eggs dry and not a lot of variety.

The water in the shower and the sink literally took 10 minutes to warm up. and the water coming out of the shower head had no pressure at all, just a drizzle

Location was good for my needs.It was nice to have hot breakfast, and not a bag.most of staff was friendly.room was clean.

Quality of the food was a little to be desired.some of staff would not acknowledge as came back facility,lack of friendlyness.
