Hotel Duval, Autograph Collection

The customer service was great and the location was excellent. The free drink ticket came in handy and the free appetizers in the afternoon were a plus. Loved the convenience and ambiance of the rooftop lounge.

The facility could use some updates (paint, furniture, scratches, etc). Rooms (especially beds) were smaller than expected. It was not comfortable for 2 to sleep in one bed as reflected in the room capacity. Sink handle came off on first use. Valet is expensive ($30 per night). The bathroom is oddly designed and didn't provide the desired privacy.

The location was good. I evacuated from NOLA before hurricane Ida. I was able to check in after 8pm. I was stuck in traffic for 12 hours. The night staff was nice and welcoming.

Upon check out I was charged twice. The front desk person was training a young lady. I didn’t get his name but I didn’t like his condescending tone. I explained to him that I was told to prepay for the room upon my arrival and I did. There are pending charges on my account. He tried to run my account again and stated that because my card did not go through I spent the money before they had a chance to take it. I locked my debit card not spent the funds. I had to evacuate unexpectedly, so I don’t have funds to just waste, my money is currently limited. I called my bank and was told that the charges were approved, I relayed the message to him. He stated that he could see it on his end but I still need to pay an additional $550 (not exact amount). Not a good experience with him.

Easy to find. Comfortable room and Excellent restaurant! The staff made me feel right at home and the steak was cooked to perfection. My only regret is I didn't have time to explore the whole Hotel.

No bell hop? A hotel like this should have some curb side assistance for guest. That would be the icing on the top.

Great valet parking, good food and very clean hotel.

Went to the bar for a night cap and the staff were not very busy but couldn’t not get waited on. The staff continued to ignore us and were very rude. It was a party of 3. We left after 10 minutes standing at the bar because we couldn’t not even get them to take our order and no one was in line in front of us. Very disappointed

Location was good, parking was horrible if you didn’t have valet. It was an odor in the hallway on the 6th floor, other than that We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast reakfast ordered downstairs was delicious.

The rock floor in the shower is not pleasant stand on and the water pressure of the shower was a bit disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and exceptionally nice! The cafe complimentary coffee was excellent. Clean and inviting cafe . Extremely comfortable beds.

The bathroom tile and sink had terrible hard water stains . The shower Didn’t feel clean because of the hardwater and soap stains. No other complaints.

Unique design is sleek and stylish. hotel makes great use of small spaces.

$30 a day for parking plus a parking fee/tax is a bit steep for Tallahassee. No self-parking on property means everyone has to valet.

It was very nice and welcoming, The waitress at the restaurant in the lobby was very nice!

The walls seemed to be very thin cause you could hear every car driving thru the night and people walking down the hall..

The bus Boys were very helpful and friendly. Front desk very upbeat and knowledgeable as well as housekeeping. Everyone was nice. Really enjoyed my stay.
