I like the fact that the breakfast was nice and hot and the staff was wonderful.I left my cell phone in the hotel room and I stay five hours away I called back to the hotel and asked did I leave my cell phone and she replied yes.I ask could she sent it to me in the mail because I stay five hours away and she did and I am truly grateful for that
I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom was really small if you were a big person it’s hard to maneuver around in the bathroom and I didn’t like the fact that it’s hard to get in and out of the hotel because of the traffic on the main street

Was very close to Raymond James Stadium for concert..Was warmly welcomed by Shalini at desk..Very sweet and got me a room close to entrance, and even better..only steps from breakfast buffet..lol..She made me feel very welcome..
Bathroom could have been cleaner...I always travel with Lysol spray and wipes..Hair and stuff in sink and sticky counters..No biggie..Took a minute to wipe down..

Fantastic value for money, Breakfast included, very clean, very friendly staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great swimming pool, free tea & coffee all day, ice machine. Laundry facilities, highly recommended it.I will be back in Tampa in February I will be booking this hotel.

Bed was comfortable, would have liked a larger pillow. Room and areas I visited were very clean. Good selection of food for breakfast. Location was easy to access and was central to areas of city I visited. Representative at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.

When I reported missing drinks out of my fridge, they acted like it was not a problem. No apology or anything. Said he didn't know about it when I reported it the night before. Saying you don't know about it does not mean it did not happen

I knew it was a 'budget hotel' and was not expecting the Hilton so I was pleased with my expectations .. I Liked Very Much All the TV Channels you have ... even many 5 star hotels do not have all that you had & That is important to me ...maybe not to most ,but to me it is! Oh and Bob (I think his name ? ) the Cuban man at the Front Desk was GREAT!!!
TV to small, could have been a little larger & the AC was pretty Loud even for a budget hotel but I wore Ear Plugs so it was ok to sleep, but had to turn the Volume up high on the TV pretty loud to hear it Over the AC & that (I hope not) could have affected the rooms beside me???...
