Hotel was very clean and a great value and was well taken care of.

The female staff that worked the front desk were all very nice and accommodating however the guy Carlos was very unfriendly and acted like I was bothering him the couple of times I needed him for a towels and other things. He can do a lot better. The hot water in the sink worked great and the pressure was fantastic, however, the water in the bathtub never got warmer than lukewarm my entire stay.

Beds comfortable , room clean and good size. Great location for trip to Buccaneers stadium. Plenty of parking available on site.

Breakfast was disappointing. - 'Hot' coffee almost cold, no tea. Staff member just shrugged when asked. - The 'gravy' serving dish was empty and a 'skin' had formed over remains. Staff member came with replacement dish and instead of changing whole serving tray, poured the new food over the congealed mess in the previous tray. - At 8.45 some breakfast items unfilled or not available - waffles, any cereal that was not sugar coated, hot drinks. Very limited.

We were located very close to the sporting events we attended. Our room was comfortable and bright. However the dining options in the area were limited. There were no CVS type stores were nonexistent near the hotel.

The check in process took over an hour because of computer problems. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t provide hot water. We had to use the faucet in the shower to get hot water. We saw two roaches in our room.

I like that we had a room on the first floor. No need to travel up and down the elevator. The room we had was larger than normal. The bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the free breakfast every morning.

My favorite part of our stay was walking around the pond and feeding the friendly ducks. There are so many cool native birds living in the pond out back. My only complaint is that there was trash thrown in the pond and lots of cigarette butts out back. Please clean around the pond for the sake of your guests and native birds. Thank you! We had a great stay!

This stay was not planned so my anxiety was already high having to find a room with three children in tow that wasn’t riddled with stragglers, cigarette smoke, and dirty rooms. This property was clean and the front desk staff was very accommodating. I came hours early and was able to check in with no hassle. The front desk ask (I can recall her name) was so very pleasant and reassuring. She answered any questions I had and her smile just made a lot of my anx subside. Thank you so much for the experience.

what I liked was the location near everything I we wanted to go to .The room was good nice and big out side area was nice and the pool was very nice stayed open late. Thanks for a wonderful stay We'll be back

Channels on the tv not much to look at . I didn't see and airport shuttle Breakfast could have been better No Tv in the in the check in area could have better snacks other than that it was a nice stay

We were arriving on Friday for a Friday evening wedding and requested early check in, our room was ready at noon so my husband has time to rest and we were not rushed to get ready for the wedding at 5:00. Room and pool area clean. Beds comfortable. Good selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast, although I would have liked to have yogurt as a choice .

Nothing, except offer yogurt for breakfast.

The first room they placed me in had a known electrical issue. I plugged in my computer and I’m doing so shorted out all the power in the room. 3rd floor unit right off the elevator. My computer Is fine. I reported the issue and they’re solution was to send up maintenance and reset the breaker. I immediately called back and suggested a different solution, to be moved to a new room. My request was happily accommodated. The second room also on the third floor, had NO problems with electricity… just a big gaping hole in the wall behind the door 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I guess since I booked through a third party they kept trying to give me the worst rooms??

Breakfast was ok which there were more options. Sofa bed was alright.

Which there were more tv channels and the smell of the room smelled like if someone recently smoked. Also an option where the bath tub from the shower wouldn’t spill on the floor.

Check in was probably the fastest check in I’ve ever had. Staff were super friendly and efficient. We came back late at night from the event we were at and had issues with the lock on our door. We didnt even have to ask for help as the guy at the desk heard us say it and was there right away to help. Room were clean and comfortable.

The only bad thing which was not fault of the hotel was someone sneezed all over the breakfast so we couldn’t eat it.
