I spilled coffee on the night table and cleaned it with a towel. I accidentally collected ny ring in with it. Well, the housekeeping team quickly went to work and found it in the washer. I cannot tell you how unbelievably ecstatic I was. Your staff is a testament to the fact that there are still good and honest people in this world. They saved my marriage 🤣🤣🤣.

I was assigned a handicap room that I didn't need. It wasn't horrible but had to maneuver around the height and placement of things.

We were there for the Rockfest98 concert. It was only a few minutes away from the arena. The hotel was very clean and our room’s view of the city was beautiful. We almost didn’t want to go to sleep because we wanted to watch the city all night. However, we did end up falling asleep because the beds were the most comfortable we’ve been in.

The entrance was hard to find. We drove right past it. Had to pay for parking which I was unaware of. The parking garage is attached to the hotel but the garage elevator isn’t connected. You have to walk from the parking garage to the hotel entrance. The price was a bit outrageous. I understand paying for the area and a special event raising the price but cmon… it’s a Hampton inn not the 5 Seasons.

The room that I booked and paid for in advance wasn't correct. I had reserved a king suite with a pull out couch and a view. However, that wasn't available when I arrived and my room had to be downgraded. The staff and manager were exceptionally professional and accommodating. They made the stay wonderful regardless of the booking mistake.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The central location of the hotel was convenient. The bedrooms were a good size. Everything worked and there was a good supply of hot water.

The furnishings were spare/industrial. there was no room safe. There was no hand held shower wand to supplement the good overhead fixture. The room was only superficially clean. The breakfast offerings were low-standard. The space was inadequate for the number of guests, resulting in long lines and unclean tables. The overall experience was sub-par cafeteria dining.

This hotel is really nice and the amenities and rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was a nice addition.

My only complaint was that we weren’t aware of the parking situation. Upon checking in we were told to park our car in the garage and use our room key to scan in which we did. There’s a $26.88 charge for overnight parking that automatically goes on your card when using it to park in the garage.

Hotel location was great. We didn't have a car so it was the best one in close proximity to the trolley and in walking distance to the riverwalk. The room was clean and cooled, there was a complimentary coffee. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The pool is beautiful and was not crowded when we were there. All the staff is friendly. Breakfast is very diverse and was included (even though this was not mentioned when we booked the hotel). We had plenty of towels available. There are charging outlets throughout the whole room. We had a mini fridge too.

When booking the hotel, I had some questions but waited a couple of days for them to reply. It was about a late check-in. While waiting for their reply,, our flight prices went up. They also did not reply to all of the questions. The hairdryer we got was not cleaned of dust that accumulated over time. It smelled of burning as soon as you turn it on, which is a fire hazard. I cleaned the hairdryer myself.

This is our #1 go to place during hockey season. Amalie is a short walk; also there are many restaurants within walking distance as well. Beds are comfortable and our room has always been super clean, I know this because we don’t wake up with stuffy noses lol, when we do it’s because our dust allergy has been triggered by either carpet, drapery and/or comforter, so thankfully has not happened here. Breakfast selection for hot & cold are good, and this is one of the few locations that has the biscuits & sausage gravy. Jennifer at check in/out very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

EVERYTHING! Literally! Its a great location with a exceptional staff! The clerk at the desk Michala greeted me and my family when we came into the establishment and was friendly and kind. The pool area was amazing and having the grills there was perfect. My family and I were able to relax by the pool as our kids played in the pool. We cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill and just had a great cookout right there. The rooms are shick and CLEAN! And having a room with city view, I went to sleep looking at the City every night. It was so calming. Also that coffee in the lobby is absolutely delicious! I drank countless cups. I rate this hotel 20 out of 10!! Definitely will be staying here again!
