Days Inn by Wyndham Augusta Washington Rd

My husband had to go to a dr apt at Augusta university, we were 9 min away. It was really comfortable and quite.

The only thing I could have thought need improvement was there needed to be more shampoo.

some of the staff, rude and unprofessional. maintenance/cleaning crew needs to be upgraded, I had one of the maintenance people try to get in after I told them to hold on due to the fact I wasn’t dressed. so when they opened the door when I had the top lock on I got nasty with them and said I told y’all to wait and I know they heard me but wanted they wanted to be extra I guess!

The hotel staff is awesome from desk clerks to maids to maintenance. The location is great and the fact the hotel is Dog Friendly made our stay basically perfect as Isaac isn't just a dog, he's a member of our family and La Quinta Augusta, treated him as just that.

The bar nextdoor is very loud and obnoxious at night.

It was on a spur of the moment changing hotels I was in which is a different Hotel company it was just that within hours of leaving the old hotel we booked her reservation and the reservation lady was sweet and nice and I told her I need an accessible room it wasn't any available however she got us on the first floor and it was perfect. The only thing I had was they never came to clean our room I needed fresh towels and the trash chicken out and they didn't come I emptied out the trash. But I was smart enough to bring my own soap shampoo and bath towels I always bring them just in case this was just in case. But it was a great Hotel state very friendly receptionist reservationist at the front office

Just the room service didn't come and clean the room I would have told him keep the sheets the way they are cuz it was just us but at least add more soap and bath towels and take a trash

Location is good for those who maybe enjoy the nightlife there is a club next door. It stayed surprisingly quiet and I was able to rest peacefully so I didn’t mind. There is a Starbucks in front of the hotel so that was a nice way to start my day off.

The stay was amazing comfortable bed and quiet

I didn’t like the breakfast option they just had muffins

Well I stayed here with my girlfriend (wife now) back in 1985. We had been dating around 5 months at that time and I believe that's about to time it was built. It is a little old now but it is very well taken care of. Everything works great. No issues at all. Larry

room, bed, tv, breakfast, the staff was wonderful as well as there customer service, clean place, beautiful location, made me feel like i was on vacation how beautiful the trees were and how the pool was so clean.

there was nothing that i didnt like. My expectations were met and more!

The location, right between a Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts!!!

The room had a weird smell, and the TV was dark like in the old days when the tube was going out. Told the guy at the desk and nothing was ever done

Just everything about it people nice just stay to your own business and your ok

Other people at the gas station and some try walking around hotel but police got em out of there
