I enjoyed everything about the staff, as well as all my accommodations at the Double Tree. All the staff were extremely helpful and so polite. Our room was a good size (except bathroom was extremely tiny).
The beds were not comfortable, the bathroom was extremely small , you couldnt turn around inside the bathroom if the door was opened. And the toilet tank had been cracked. Their was a whole in ceiling as you entered the room. The Bar & grill seems to cook everything with a season salt even after calling down and them replacing the salad we requested no seasoning or salt on due to kidney patient and cant have the salt our second tray had seasoning salt all over the chicken. So we just threw out our food and went else where to eat.

The staff at double tree is very courteous and professional. I truly felt welcome as soon as I arrived. I ended up staying an extra day because I arrived a day sooner than I planned on getting there. I will definitely recommend double tree to my friends and family who plan on visiting Augusta Georgia. Thanks again Double tree staff!
Only that breakfast wasn't included in the stay and that I didn't have a fridge nor microwave in my room. I am used to having all of the above.

The area was nice, great parking, customer service was pretty amazing.. With the situations we encountered, they handled it very well...
Had dirty sheets, spreads, pillows and hair was all over the beds, when we sat our food down, 3 to 4 roaches came from behind tv and desk to meet us to eat with us but you know how that ended...

W small kids it’s so much easier to be on the lower level rather than taking the stairs or using the elevator. The hotel exceeded my expectations with catering to my needs as a mom..
The alarm went off about 10 when I was in shower but that was as out of their control. It was awesome other than that.

There was a male employee, hate that I didn't catch his name, he was so nice!!! The location was perfect.
Bathroom was a little too tight and there wasn't a microwave or a mini fridge. Not having a refrigerator was inconvenient because we have a baby who uses formula.

My fiancé and I like to hotel hop on the weekends sometimes just to get spend time together and pretend we’re on vacation. it’s a great way to unwind, and our stay at Double Tree was our favorite so far. food at the restaurant was top notch as well.
