Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Augusta Washington Rd./I-20

I stay at this location every summer on my way to visit family. The staff is always great. The room was clean and had a fresh smell. When I walked in it was so cold and it felt GREAT! The bathroom is nice and the shower is great! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell so gooooood! Breakfast is pretty standard but still good!

I am a clean freak so I check things like the sheets and whatnot, so I think maybe doing a deep clean on the actual mattress or vacuuming it every now and then. That’s the ONLY issue I’ve had staying here!

False advertisement on booking.com's part. Booking com you need to fix the content on your website for this hotel. I paid for a standard room that said it had a sofa bed, however, there was no sofa bed when I went in. Called Booking.com on the matter and the issue was never resolved. Not to mention, the person who I talked to told me they were going to reach out to the hotel and I found out from the hotel rep that they never called to resolve. Thankfully, the hotel was helpful in getting us a room with a sofa bed since we have small children.

extremely convenient location! right off the interstate and on a busy strip so there are many different shops and restaurants! the shower was amazing! the staff was friendly! the breakfast was FANTASTIC! there were so many different options, and loads of healthy options too! gym was clean, room was clean! super pleased!

the pillows! lol there should be normal pillows available because the down pillows aren’t my favorite! my head just sinks into them and it’s like I’m sleeping with nothing! other than that, everything was great!

Michael at the front desk was so very helpful, in many ways. He should be promoted to manager or as a training officer for Fairfield as he truly cares about people no matter who they are, young or old, and is the most helpful hotel staff member I have seen in 65 years. Sofa was very hard and uncomfortable

I’m not much of a breakfast person, however my husband is and, it’s always a nice selection.

Small issues mentioned to staff and they said they would correct them. And offered discount on next visit for the inconvenience. This has been and will remain my husband’s and my favorite hotel because of the location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast. One hiccup will not deter us, because it was addressed appropriately.

Great stay!!. I did not originally book this hotel; arrived here last minute, the first hotel had a roach infestation. We were greeted by Michael (PM/night clerk) he was so helpful. This hotel is beautiful, great location, and staff were very nice.

The front desk was very friendly. She cut jokes and made us laugh. The hotel was very clean. Everything was wonderful. Love the fact that’s it’s sits back enough off of the interstate so you can’t hear the traffic. The only complaint was that all the breakfast was gone before 8 am.

It was refreshing to smell how clean and sanitized the hotel was. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Staff was friendly. Room was ready when we arrived a bit early

We liked the good and fresh smell when we first entered the hotel.We also liked the cleanliness of our room and the bathroom.The bed was very comfortable and we were especially pleased with the walk-in shower and the efficient staff.Yes,we would be happy to stay here again when we visit the area.

There was nothing to dislike.

My kids loved the gym and of course jumping on the beds! The environment is totally comfortable!

It would be nice to get breakfast after 10am! I don’t go on vacation to wake up at 6am!!!
