Quality Inn Bainbridge

No working ice machine I have come to expect that most quality inns that I've stayed in are in need of a refresh/remodel, still in need this was the best one I've stayed in also on the first night had to kill two roaches. The first room they put us in the light in the water closet didn't work so they move this to another room and you had the flicker to switches to get the lights to come on they were fluorescent and they needed ballasts or thi were at the end of their life.

The guy that checked us In I can't remember his name but he was great he went above and beyond with his kindness it meant a lot to us please mention this to him we checked in around 7:30 /8 pm on Saturday the 15th of April 2023

Needs a elevator my mom had trouble with the stairs other than that oh and the TV would not work but we went downstairs to the office and he showed us exactly what to do the room phones were not working

Checked in around 730 pm and left at 6am so did not get breakfast. I thought it was overpriced for what it was. The whole area is kind of rough, and it seemed as if a lot of locals were staying there. I don’t remember the night manager/ clerk’s name , but he was very professional and held the place together. The owners/ corporate, would be fools to let this man get away.

Condition of room. It was clean and had decent quality linen and decor, but previous guests were not kind to the room. This is just a crappy area. More effort needs to be put forward keeping this place clean and maintained. This responsibility falls on owner/ corporate.

The Reservation man was super friendly. And helpful very jolly that says alot for the hotel. And the beds very comfortable. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted. And no plate cover for outlet by sink otherwise I would have done 100. But good stay.

Rooms clean, great location

There was some type of gas leak early in the AM had to run out room, breakfast wasn't that good.

The bed was comfortable and the check is staff was nice.

It was what was expected....but I felt like I was closing on a house with 2 pages of stuff to sign and initial. It should be way more simple

The rooms were being updated which it could use it but it was still ok

The area and staff was excellent my parents enjoy themselves and the young man Michael was very helpful

The breakfast was delicious and the whole surrounded building were in excellent condition, I felt so cozy and comfortable.
