Quality Inn

The hotel was extremely clean and you could smell how clean it was. The lobby area was clean as well. I tipped the housekeeper to show my appreciation of her hard work. she was surprised and looked grateful

The front desk clerk told me she won’t need my card for incidentals (we checked in after midnight) she advised me she needed my card and took a long time with it. she went behind the counter with it and made a hard copy of it. I was concerned and asked her to please shred it when they were done. I’m not sure why they did it that way

It is very easy to get to from the highway. the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. They allowed our dog for a small fee and there was a large open space where we could walk him. The breakfast was very good, it was well stocked and the hot items were hot. All of the staff that we met were very friendly.

We reserved in advance and were a little sticker shocked at the price, but it was comparable to others we looked at. Just the way things are these days. After a long day on the road, it was worth it to arrive at nice accommodations.

The place is very clean and nice and quiet I love it I will always go there a peace of mind and the breakfast is amazing this is probably the cleanest hotel I have seen an organized well

Only thing I didn't like is I spilled a little bit of juice on the bed sheet and they wanted to charge me $135 for that but I called them and they cleared it up and put my money back on my card

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The woman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us information on where we could get food and other things we needed. It was a great price for an overnight stay. Would stay here again.

Room was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. With the luggage we had, would have preferred a 1st floor room or an elevator to our 2nd floor room. No restaurants by the hotel. We had to drive about 4 miles to find a place to eat.

The location was good for where I needed to go. There was a Walmart that sold food nearby which I put in my mini-fridge. The staff was most helpful and exceeded my expectations! The cost was a good value.

While I asked for a quiet room overnight, I could hear people outside checking in at 1:30am. The walls must be a bit thin. After that I stuck my earplugs in and had no problems after that.

We love everything, we will defintely back when were in the area, staff are wonderful and they already serve buffet breakfast. Very very clean and we slept really well. This is the real Quality Inn that we love before and there is nothing much left possessing that Quality Inn characteristics. After a long drive ty Quality Inn for taking care of my family. Your branch are the best!!!

This is a five star when it comes to service and the quality.

I love the comfort of the room overall the beds are very comfortable. The lobby was exceptionally clean, the hostess was very friendly during my check in.

The floor in our room looked like there had been some water damage and needs replacing. I wouldn’t bother with the coffee in the room it’s terrible. There wasn’t any food choices nearby

Needed a lower floor, the clerk changed our reservation to lower floor. Breakfast was perfect. There wasn't any biscuits and gravy, but the morning clerk brought out fresh biscuits for us and we made a sausage, egg biscuit. Just perfect.

We have no complaints at all.
