Everything was good I like the space.

I didn’t like the fact the housekeeper ask me three time if I was leaving I never had ask from the housekeeper if I was leaving I felt like I was getting rush out of the hotel the first time she was knocking early in the morning, then like 9:30 I was coming out of the room to put things in the car n she ask me if I was leaving, then not even 15min i was waiting for the elevator with my second round of things to the car n she ask me again what room I was leaving from. I travel a lot never feel like I was getting rushed out n it my first time in Bainbridge GA

Location, familiarity, Hilton name

First room had stain on sheet and an unpleasant odor. Apologies by desk clerk and moved to second room. That room was okay except for a film on tile floor from some agent used in cleaning which caused tracking an slick finish. Window. shade broken and could not raise.

The breakfast was exactly what I expected after years of staying with Hilton Hampton Inns, always healthy warm and ready. I do like the fruit cups as the mixed fruit in a separate serving is the right size and much safer than a spoon and a large bowl, great job to improve what was already excellent.

All was great this trip, thanks for all that helped make this happen.

Breakfast was excellent! Shout out to Shirley, she is in charge of the kitchen area, excellent cleanliness and food was very good! She maintained Covid guidelines and has “No Non-sensical approach about her kitchen responsibilities. Much appreciated!

Some logistical issues with the linens, especially towels, but other than that staff was attentive to the guests!

It was some hair on my sheets. Housekeepers need to pay attention to detail. One of my lights had no bulbs.

C.C. and Stacey at the front desk were wonderful at checking in and during our complete stay. We will definitely stay there on future trips!!

I had a problem with Booking. Com When I arrived the Hampton didn't have my reservation because Booking. Com didn't have me in the system. I ended up paying more, because of their error. I was very upset that I was prepared to pay one amount and had to pay $50 more. Becareful using Booking. Com Yes, I had my reservation number. If this is how booking. Com is doing business, I'm going to delete the app. Not good !

Excellent breakfast. Updated room and clean.

..Issue with TV working... Evening staff ambivalent about there not being a hair dryer in our room (they did eventually find one). Thin blankets in room and pour temperature control.

Seems like there is a lot of people just hanging around outside. Staff were nice, room very clean. Breakfast was ok except the coffee was cold and full of coffee grounds. Will stay here again

Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel looks very nice, other than having to walk by the smoking area to get into the front entrance from the parking area

The morning coffee was full of grounds, to the point you could not drink it. They seemed to be short staffed.
