Four Points by Sheraton Brunswick

This place is outstanding! From the cleanliness and staff. The study was professional and have us a run down about their in-house bar and other places around the area. The hotel was so... Clean. In our room we had fresh linens. The next morning the housekeeper knocked on our door to deliver more fresh linens. No trash bags in the trash can so bring some. It's only 1 microwave in the building. Your room comes with a coffee maker and nice mini refrigerator. I would stay again.

It was hard to close our room door. We had to slam it each time.

The location is great and close to everything! As soon as you walk in, it looks so inviting and open! The room is roomy and the bedding is like sleeping in a cloud! Really! The staff super friendly and the food is delciously prepared! This is Our go back to place everytime we head south!!

Not a thing!

I guess there was no hot water in the shower because I was the first guest to use room 115. They just opened and there are some kinks to work out. The water pressure in the bath sink was very low as well. Their staff at the bar and adjacent restaurant needs some work. I waited at the bar for ten minutes before anyone asked if I wanted anything-crazy! New "hotel smell" was nice so with the issues I encountered, I had to give it 4 out of 5 stars. I suspect in a few weeks things will be improved and a higher experience for those coming after me

The gentleman who greeted us when checking in was AWESOME in every way. The breakfast person awesome. The rooms are big, clean and absolutely comfortable in every way. The parking lot is well lite.

For a new facility you would think when offering coffee at $3 they would have half/half, cream. Breakfast overpriced. Not a fan of microwaved/ or precooked bacon. The housekeeper looked miserable and unfriendly but that could have been because someone made a mess. Not sure our good morning to her was meant with a grumble

location was great. property was very clean. staff was amazing. one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed in actually.

nothing really. the dining room was understaffed and our service was not great. But that wasn’t due to having a bad server. she was great. she just had a lot of people and was handling it by herself. we made sure to tell her she was doing a great job and left a good tip for her also

Locatlon is very convenient to I-95, with a Sonny's BBQ right next door (though our experience there was the first time we've been disappointed in the many, many time we've eaten at Sonny's over the decades). Four Points seems a little expensive, but in fairness we just slept overnight and didn't utilize any of the amenities.

Great location and comfortable room.

The ice machine on our floor was broken. It was advertised as free breakfast and it was not. We were not told at check in that the room was only cleaned after 3 days including clean towels. They were snippy when we requested clean towels.

The staff here were very friendly. My check in and check out process was easy. I love that they offer options for you to stream shows! You could even Bluetooth or set up HDMI easily. Most hotels dont have those options. Also you get showtime for FREE! So you can watch movies or binge watch a show. Plus free WiFi. I would definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow. Thats the only thing

This property is very well maintained. The staff is very outgoing and welcomes you with a warm and sincere heart. After traveling all day is was very nice to feel welcomed. The rooms were very clean and very neat and organized.

Really there is nothing bad I can say about this location

they have a $30 incidentals refundable fee that is not listed anywhere. needs ti be listed. even the poor desk clerk wasn’t sure why. plus and $160. breakfast should be included!!
