Hampton Inn & Suites Brunswick

The room was clean, bathroom was awesome, Beds and bed-Linen very comfortable. Self controlled Air conditioning. Amazing front-end staff, children loved the breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was great too. I was given an incentive discount for housekeeping delays.

Waited for nearly 2hours for my room to be cleaned on day 2 . HouseKeeping staff unwelcoming and rude. The Kitchen staff could smile a bit more.

Comfortable beds/pillows,plenty of towels,soaps,etc. All day coffee/tea was nice+daily paper as well. Happy to have the pool+hot tub open! Breakfast was very good too+a good restraunt within walking distance-Toucan's-which I'd recommend! You received 10% off your bill if you showed them your room key. Nice little bonus!

I didn't like the automatic $50 hold on my VISA or the fact you had to be @some member level to be offered water at check-in. Also there were no towels in the pool area when we arrived,had to get from front desk. They were definitely short staffed but very nice.

Nice big room that would sleep 6 comfortably. Everything seemed clean the halls didn’t smell

Breakfast area was very small and cramped. We stopped by to grab something quick and they were out of fruit and bagels/muffins, but I forgot a spoon for yogurt so when I went back to grab a spoon as we checked out they had refilled the breads so I was able to grab a muffin to go.

was not wild about the bathroom set up. The room safe didn’t work. Upon checking in, we were not told that we needed to request that the room be cleaned while we were out, so when we got back we were surprised to see the room as we left it. We had to call the desk to request towels and cups. The breakfast was also a disappointment.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much so that I will stay there again when I travel to Brunswick. The staff was very kind and helpful. Each of them I encountered, they seemed to be happy to be at work and serving the public was a joy for them. The room was clean and quite spacious. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of space(Studio Queen Suite). The microwave & refrigerator were clean & worked fine. The beds were comfortable. The location was good right off the interstate & near restaurants, stores and gas stations. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast each morning.

Everything was good! No complaints!

We will make Hampton Inn & Suites Brunswick our regular place to stay when visiting this area! Very clean rooms. Speedy elevator, check in, and check out. Breakfast area was clean and spacious and offered many varieties to choose from. Never ran out of coffee like a neighboring hotel did last weekend! Water was extremely soft, took a while to completely rinse soap from hands and shampoo from hair. Hallways, corridors, and room were nice and clean. Similar quality to the Embassy but saves you money.

The location was great. The breakfast was awesome . The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcomed..

The beds were a little soft for my liking. They needed to be a little firmer. They were still comfortable.

Briana was such a help to me and my Sister!! We had to be in St. Simons by 4:00 for her Granddaughter’s wedding pictures. Briana got us checked in early so we could be there on time.

The breakfast area was pretty busy when we got there about 8:30. The attendant was having a hard time keeping things filled. Coffee had run out, juice cups were empty.

The breakfast was great! Staff at check in learned about Service Dog rules and the two questions allowed to be asked. I made sure at check out to talk with the Manager, Nelly about ADA laws. Great manager!

The bed was very firm. I tossed and turned all night only to wake up many times and have a stiff back in the morning. I’m pretty sure the floor or couch would have been better comfort.

The breakfast was pretty good. There was a nice variety of items to choose from. There was only one waffle maker, which cause a long wait. There should be a least two. It was the most popular item. The location of the hotel was excellent. There were so many stores and restaurants close by and it was also not to far from St. Simon and Jekyll Islands. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. There are a lot of amenities such as a pool, a laundry room, and a business center. I was very satisfied with the value for the money paid.
