SureStay Hotel by Best Western Brunswick

Staff was nice and young lady who cleaned our room was very helpful as was Aloria who worked at front desk.

I didn't like that the male front desk employee, for two days in a row, kept going to our room and asking to check if there was a leak after we advised there wasn't. One day he asked to come in and check. Suggestion for more lighting around sink area and ventilation in bathroom.

The AGM was very pleasant and made sure that I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping with my late check out… the front desk staff is always very pleasant

I stayed in an external room this stay and I noticed that they’re less cleaned than the internal rooms.. I won’t do that again.. other than that the location is near the expressway and near all the best dining locations

no pool I have grandkids in Brunswick Georgia that visit I stay there because family and I have a Chihuahua but it’s complicated because there’s no swimming pool nothing for them to do when visiting I think that the company should pay back the inconvenience because all hotels around SureStay has pools with animals stay! when going out back to see a green pool seems kind of dangerous!

the property was clean! room was clean beds were clean! 🙌🏼 we just needed to sleep as we were headed to jekyll and this was a great hotel for the price! No bugs no cigarette/ weed smell!!

there was no light in the main room of the hotel room and one of the lamps didn’t work!

Everyone was very polite and respectful and helpful. What information we needed we received. Continental Breakfast was awesome 👍. Swimming was great. I'll be staying there a great deal more when I'm in Brunswick, Georgia.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was a convenient location. It was close by many stores that I enjoyed the shopping.

I really wanted a room with handicap accessible, but unfortunately was unable to get one. My 82 year old mother had to step up over the curb each time we left and came back.

The staff was very pleasant. The facility was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure and stayed hot. Within walking distance of places to eat. Very nice Dollar Tree next door. The breakfast was a decent selection of items.

No complaints at all about property.

Absolutely everything, except no elevator...steps are very difficult, carrying luggage, for me. However, I realize having an elevator was not an item to stay away...as we had a nice stay, and all was delightful.

No elevator, and we were required 2nd floor due to pricing (our choice)

We have stayed at this location several times over the past 2 years. The service, facilities, charges & staff have remained good on every occasion. Their complimentary breakfast is at or above par for most places that still have them.

spacious, clean room and a tasty breakfast with a decent assortment. it’s also nice that there are restaurants in walking distance.

when we arrived to check in after booking the woman at the desk said we had to wait an hour to check in even though I had my confirmation to show her.
