Holiday Inn Express Saint Simons Island, an IHG Hotel

Location, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, good breakfast.

No big deal but surprised there was no microwave in the room and a couple of pieces of furniture were a little worn and scuffed. The window treatment was just a blackout curtain. Our ground floor room faced the parking lot so we had to close them. It would be better to have sheers so you can have the sunlight plus a little privacy. Other than that, a great value for a room on the island.

Every staff member we saw was exceptionally friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked amazingly! The free breakfast was the best I've ever had. Definitely an amazing hotel and not too pricey!

There really isn't anything that I didn't like. Considering we checked in during a hurricane, everything was perfect!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. My husband is disabled and when the elevator stopped working she offered to move us from 2nd floor to first. Maintenance came quickly and unlocked the safe, and the ladies serving breakfast were friendly and constantly cleaning. We would love to stay there again.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Very conveniently located to attractions around town too!

It must have been a busy weekend and the parking out front is somewhat limited, but there is parking in the back you just have to walk all the way around the building. Not bad though.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Could have done without the TV on, blasting negativity, but other than that, the breakfast area was very nice. The area the property is located on is quite lovely and very convenient to everything.

The AC in the room was a little noisy , but not overly so that I couldn't sleep. I already mentioned that I hated the news in my ear while I was eating breakfast. Soft music would have been nicer.

hotel was clean and the ladies at the desk were great.

the BREAKFAST! never updated. continued to be out of bacon, plates, frozen milk so couldn’t have cereal, utensils out, etc. sausage wasn’t cooked long enough either.

The breakfast was very good and fresh,the bed were clean and comfortable.

I lied everything about this place and plan Ty spend my next vacation there.

The cost was an excellent value for the room. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was courteous and even received a list of recommended restaurants on or near island that were awesome! Convenient to town, other locations near and in SSI. Great location for visiting around Georgia like Savannah, Pooler and even HHI.

Location is quiet and convenient. Staff was exceptional - friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. Comfortable bed and nice size shower.

Elevator partially working. Goes up only (interior buttons not working). Room smelled damp/musty. Didn't have individual toilletries - don't prefer communal products. Soap dish was ripped off the shower wall

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing! We had been traveling for 6 days and this was the best breakfast we had eaten. And the lady working the breakfast bar was so kind and efficient!
