Overall it was pleasant. I had to upgrade because there was no elevator and I'm disabled. It would have been nice to know ahead of arrival.
I paid $30. Extra dollars in cash and had no receipt for the cash. And the card was charged also for the extra. They did however reverse the charge after I called and complained. The extra money was to get a 1st floor room, because there was not an elevator and I am disabled.

I came to Canton to visit my Mother n Law in the hospital at Northside Cherokee. The hotel is really conveniently located right by a Walmart, right off the highway, with plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooms were decent and clean and had a good rate. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The WiFi wasn’t working and since I am working remotely that was an issue but I used my hotspot. Wish the pool was open, but I’m aware of the circumstances so that’s not a complaint, just a note.

After a day at the attractions we came back tired and ready to clean up. Imagine my surprise to find the room unserviced. When enquired at the front desk I was advised room clean up was optional and must be requested as a extra when making a reservation, clean towels. every third day. I will not book this chain again.

The person who initially greeted me and gave me my key, could not answer any of my questions, and could only say come back a 7 when someone else was there. That’s was disappointing to be told that for every question I asked. Everything was good and worked out just fine. Butt not a great start to meeting guests.

It was great to have a hot breakfast again. During the pandemic, this option was not available. The selection of items was great, and the food was hot and presented well. The hotel's location next to Exit 20 of I575 made it the perfect location to travel throughout Canton and Woodstock.

The cleaning challenge the staff had trying to keep the red clay that came off the boots of the construction workers . One day you almost couldn't walk anywhere without stepping in it.

The side entrance key did not work. It was annoying. The jacuzzi part of tub didn't work. It wasn't big deal wasn't expected, but would have been nice if it did.

3 bath towels instead of 2. if I had been traveling with my husband, I would of had to ask for extra one. Women need 2 one for hair one for body to dry off.

The breakfast was definitely an added bonus. We arrived a day early and they were able to accommodate an early check in around 9am.
