Motel 6-Canton, GA

The hotel was close to stores and restaurants. We could walk many places. They allow pets with no additional charge and that is what made me book here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable and I would stay here again.

It could have been cleaner. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed well. There were some small stains on the pillow cases and sheets.

The best part was that pets were allowed, and the atmosphere was genuinely pet-friendly (an area for walking dogs, a clean-up station with a supply of bags, and the staff were friendly toward pets). The room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated with modern furniture and decor. The bathroom was large and clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Handicap accessible. The view from my window was nice. The area was near several restaurants and within walking distance of Walmart. Free coffee was available in the lobby. The lobby area was clean and open. The staff was friendly. Although I traveled alone, I felt safe in the area and in the hotel.

There was no counter space in the bathroom, so I placed toiletries along the support bar over the toilet. Shampoo and blow dryer were not provided, but there was hand soap and a good supply of towels. There were no extras, such as a fridge or microwave, but for the room rate, it was a small consideration.

Everyone of the reception staff were great, but especially David and Melanie were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and polite especially considering our specific needs. This was not a pleasure trip, my fiance has multiple cancers being taken care of at the hospital near this motel, and we live 3 hrs away, so we chose this motel because we had to be at the hospital at 7am and had procedures 2 days in a row.

The pillows were not good, not much to them, next time I'll just bring my own. The carpet needs replacement, several frayed areas, but I know the motel is being renovated so I'm sure that will be addressed. Otherwise, no other issues.

All I can say is, it is a Motel6. One doesn't expect opulence, just a clean, comfortable room, and that's what I had. Destiny, the manager/front desk person, was great; personable and professional.

Nothing. The Canton Motel6 met my needs. That's all I could ask for.

It was clean and everything in order. No hairs, garbage, or full trashcans. All toiletries were there as well. No dust or anything like mold.

It had a funky smell to it. Not cigarettes or anything, but there defiantly was a weird smell right when you walked in. Plus there was a dog next door that wouldn't stop barking.

I stayed 4 nights while visiting friends in the area for St Patricks Day. No breakfast or coffee available (still on COVID restrictions) Cleanliness and STAFF friendliness & efficiency were exceptional.

Coffee would always be great - 😁.

no do not disturb things for the doors. sometimes people get loud but it’s never for long

The staff was great. The young girl that was at the desk the next morning was really helpful and she deserves a raise. Future CEO right there.

People smoking weed. Smell it walking down the hallway. Very loud

Staff was very kind and nice.

Mold in bathroom. Mirror over the bed was broken.the mirror was tape with scotch tape.only had 3 channels on the television.only had coffee in the lobby .Hotel could use alot of updates.

The friendliness and when we found our drain stopped up, they sent someone up immediately. The phone in the room did not work so we contacted the front desk with our cell.
