Great location, staff very friendly, bed nice and comfortable.

Breakfast was not the quality I’ve had at other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The food was cold and not very tasty. The place seems mostly well kept, but right by the front door was a large outdoor trash can piled very high and spilling over onto the ground all around, which seems to have been neglected in a key place. Our room did seem clean, but not enough attention to detail on the part of the cleaning staff when you notice long hairs left in obvious places.

The elevation in price. Prior to the night before.The female overnight staff charge my card after she run the system for new rates. She said as long as there's money on the card it will go through. But advise me to return to make the purchase. By the time I got ready to return. She had already charged my card. More than I would have excepted. Then there was an additional $25 charge for each night that was not returned.

The breakfast was okay. Nothing that my Son wanted other than cereal...

I live in a Augusta, GA I Got off at 7pm, picked my Son up to head to our room. Needless to say it had been an extremely stressful and exhausting day for me. I had to wait a bit before getting checked in due to no one being up front. Afterwards we get checked in, get to our room and my Son checks out EVERYTHING.... He seen the microwave opened it and the most HORRIFIC SMELL came out. Apparently the microwave wasn't cleaned out. Seafood was left in it. They offered to change my room but declined because I was too exhausted to move everything to another room. Just wanted them to get it cleaned before I threw up.... They did. I can't even imagine how much of my deodorant spray I used..

I liked ALL the front desk people--they were all professional, courteous, friendly and welcoming. I give the personnel kudos. The breakfast was fresh and better than average. I liked the size of the fridge in the room and I appreciated that it got truly cold. The location is good and attractive and low-traffic. The area is great for walking/running. I liked and used the workout room. Parking was adequate and convenient. I enjoyed the extra blanket in the room. There's an interesting historical cemetery across the street.

This really surprised me, but there were NO USB ports for charging my devices; that was inconvenient and very 20th century. Except for the lack of charging ports, my complaints are minor. I was unable to pay for my stay with my vacation cash. There was no inviting seating area in the lobby and no bar in the hotel. I didn't like going to the desk for my fresh towels and bathroom supplies. The coffee station was not great (no medium roast) and the coffee was not hot enough. All the pillows were too puffy for my taste.

The decor in the hotel was stunning and so was the overall place. I loved having the pictures right under the room number.

I did not like that the beds were not standard queen size they are more of a full sized bed. I also did not like the amount of lighting that was in the hotel. It could of used more lighting because its hard to get ready when you have multiple people and you use the room to also get ready but there is not enough lighting to put on makeup and such.

Needs an upgrade. The ceiling in the bathroom had been patched and painted. Not even close on the color. The caulking on the tub was black in areas and coming apart. Just not up to par.

The free breakfast needs a little help, but I was thankful, room service needs offered without asking for it especially when I paid more here and at other Hamptons I paid less and didn’t have to ask for it I don’t like complaining

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a few requests and questions during our stay and all were greeted with professionalism and they were seemingly happy to help.

Our toilet clogged during the last night of our stay and we couldn’t get anyone to fix it before we checked out the next day. We requested a plunger but there was none to be had.

The manager Chi cobi was super friendly and helpful! The room was great! And the beds are super comfortable! Nice and quiet atmosphere perfect for a little time to relax!

Rates were a little pricey. The Wi-Fi could be a little bit better. And first floor vending was down.

Smelled like someone was smoking in one of the rooms from the hall on our floor. Another guest said they smelled the same thing on a different floors.
