clean and comfortable

there was no Wi-Fi service when I arrived, and the Wi-Fi service was sketchy at best. The initial booking was incorrect, and I was placed in a room that I did not book. The staff accommodated me into a king suite that are originally booked, but it did not come with a tub shower combination as I had booked originally and the manager was very standoffish and correcting the problem and explain to me because I booked through a third-party company and that my room wasn’t available even though I had booked a week and a half in advance that she cannot accommodate me and she couldn’t do anything on what I was charged

The property is very clean and well maintained. Safety and Covid protocols are evident and in place. The beds are so comfortable. But that shower……. awesome. The shower is large and has a rainfall single shower head. after a long day of traveling, it just washes the stress away and readies you for a comfortable and relaxing night in the spacious room. The furnishings are all so comfortable and clean. love this place. There is an awesome breakfast included.

It was clean, convenient to stores and places to eat. The staff was kind, housekeeping stopped by, we saw them cleaning the reception areas floors and tables. The king sweet had a huge shower! We loved not having a bathtub👏🏼👏🏼

I wish they had a liquid hand soap in the bathroom instead of a bar soap to wash hands.

Location of the Hotel. It was very clean. The continetial breakfast was fine for the price included. Only thing is, their Coffee for the room was very weak. Especially the D-Caff. Like drinking just hot water.

Didn't get a room that I requested on the ground level for my 83 year old Mother. Asked for a room where she wouldn't have to walk so far with her dissability. Had a floor on the 2nd floor. Which thank God there was an elevator to use for her. Room was good. Just found the bath tub was pretty slippery when taking a shower. The pool was closed. Didn't matter though because the weather was very cold the days we were there. Other than that. Everything else was fine.

Easy to find, very welcoming staff, easy check in and out. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pork barbecue available in late afternoon , as well as beverages. The hot breakfast had a very nice variety of choices.

The shampoo bottle (set in a fixture and not accessible) in the shower stall was empty & I didn’t discover that until I tried to use it. Also, I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Actually the breakfast was minimally satisfying- standard breakfast you get at hotels these days. The breakfast will keep you from being hungry but don't expect to fill up on a hardy meal- I hop is down the street.

The shower hose had a hole and the shower kinda flooded the bathroom as a result. The pool was closed. There was a crane doing some work over the pool

Great room. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and wonderful bathroom with a great shower and toilet. Comfy bed, nice TV, easy to operate A/C. Awesome breakfast, lots of choices, and always well stocked.

Ice machine only on first and third floors.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is just as expected! Staff is friendly, breakfast is hot, rooms are a decent size, beds are very comfortable.

Well everything Was great until I tried to take a shower and the drain was clogged and took forever for the water to go down. It got kind of nasty after awhile of the dirt just looking around in the bottom.
