Breakfast was good. Hotel was ver convenient to the highway. star was helpful.

Your website stated pet allow $35.00 up to 2 dogs. This should state $35.00 for each dog. On arrival we where to a total of $100.00 ($50.00 each). Final after much discussion the price was honored at total of $70.00. This incident was very disappointing. The first booking.com rep that I spoke to said the hotel was no pets. When we finally got that straight, he sent an email to the hotel, the hotel said no email it had to be call. When I called back I was disconnected 4 time and told the you wee having communication problems. I could not get help your website for the same reason. This was not a good experience with

Breakfast was ok. Area kept clean and was well stocked. Most of the basic items most places carry for breakfast. Loved the beds, so comfortable.

Our 1st room there was no heat. It was suppose to be down around 30 the next morning. Told the lady at front desk and she took care of our problem immediately. Moved us to a room real close by. She had a great personality and asked if we needed anything else. Wish I had gotten her name so she could be recognized for her good service.

Clean, affordable, and conveniently located near highway. Quaint and historic town of Darien provided great scenery and restaurant on the water nearby. Enjoyed our brief stay while heading down to FL from NC. Good half-way stop!

Nothing of great significance. Desk clerks varied in Customer service skills while communicating with guests. Could have been a bit more friendly, but as stated previously, no unpleasant interchange. Just a bit abrupt.

The staff was excellent! Everyone had a warm welcoming smile and didn't hesitate to be of assistance when needed. "The Little Guy" as he is known as was the icing on the cake. He's got to be the friendliest and most attentive of any concierge I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He should get a big promotion! We only needed to stay 1 night on our trip back to New Jersey but would not hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to Florida.

There seems to be a disconnect between Hampton Inns and Booking.Com. 3 out of 4 Hotels on our 10 day vacation had to correct the charges at checkout. Someone in Corporate of both companies should get this problem resolved. In the end all discrepancies were corrected.

The hotel was clean, and in a great location. Conveniently located next door to a Taco Bell/KFC and a few other restaurants across the street. The cleaning staff was exceptional- extremely helpful. There is a pastry breakfast available. I did not partake. The hotel sells chips, water, and soda in the lobby. There also is a microwave available in the lobby that is available to guests. (Note: Pizza Hut delivers and you can get coupons at the desk, upon request.) There is a little construction happening inside but the facility/maintenance people are respectful, kind, and extremely helpful. It was a nice stop on my way to the beach.

I booked this hotel last minute because I traveling home from the holidays and traffic on I95 was impossible. This hotel was nicely located not far from I95. Great hotel. Mery at the front desk was friendly, helpful and very funny. Room was warm, clean and a great place to get a quick nights sleep before continuing my long car trip!

The staff was very accommodating, they were in the middle of serious renovations, the kitchen, lobby, front desk, etc. But all in all everything was good.

The noise from the renovations, no staff available to clean the rooms, the breakfast was basic with cold foods and grab to go foods.

It is conveniently located off the highway which is perfect for an overnight pit stop.

Property was nice. Even when we had an issue with our room, the staff was quick to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable quickly.

The staff was great. The room was nice for the price. The size and variety of the continental breakfast was a very nice surprise.

The tub drain would not close, so it was not possible to take a bath.

I would like to thank the lady on the Sunday night who not only gave the warmest welcome but also noticed that we had small kids and provided us extra towels and the pool towels for them. We had a great experience on the night.
